I love to alter photo frames, which got me to thinking about how I could make my own frame using Bo Bunny's fabulous Double Dot cardstock.
Step 1: Take DD cardstock no 1 and cut a 5.5" x 11" strip and a 5.5" x 6" strip. the other piece of Double dot is for matting, if required
Step 2: Cut a 5.4" x 5.4" piece of chipboard. Next fold the 5.5" x 11" strip in half so you have a square. On the smaller piece of double dot, fold back 0.5" so you have a 5.5" square. In the centre of this square, cut out and remove a 4.5" x 4.5" square.
Step 4: Stick the chipboard square in the middle square of your long strip of card.
Step 6: Once you are sure you have cut through and are able to fold the "stand" out. Fold the square on your right over and adhere to the chipboard.
Step 7: Now stick your photo in place. Mine measured about 4.75" x 4.75"
Step 9: You've now reached the really fun part of the project :0) Get stuck into your Bo Bunny Blast Off goodness and scrap your frame as you wish!
Step 10: When you have finished this turn your frame over to see the cuts and folds from steps 5 and 6.
Step 12: Take the smaller cut piece and fold it down towards you. This is the piece that will hold the stand firm so that the frame does not fall over.
Lastly, stand the frame up and hey presto, your frame is complete!
Hope this template will be useful :0)
That's all from me today. Hope you'll share any frames you make with us on the Bo Bunny Facebook page!
