Get to know....Gabrielle Pollacco

Hi everyone!  It's me Gabrielle, it's my day today to be in the Bo Bunny design team spotlight!  I've been a design team member for Bo Bunny for a little over a year now and I have to say it's been an awesome experience, the whole design team is made up of some wonderfully talented and very sweet ladies....and designing with such gorgeous products is such a pleasure!    I just got my new design team package a few days ago and had so much fun going through all the gorgeous goodies, my girls and I just spent a morning pulling all the pretty papers and embellies out and just ohhhing and ahhhhing over them!

A little bit about me, ...I've always loved being creative and really am at my happiest at home surrounded by my family and busy with either scrapping, decorating and yep, even cooking and baking!  I more often than not sit on our bed, flick the TV onto the Food Network and scrap away.  I do have a scraproom/office but somehow I always find myself sitting on our bed with all my supplies piled around me when I scrap.

Speaking of my family, here is a little bit about us.  I'm a mom to two sweet girls Chloe & Meagan, who I'm sure many of you have come to know through my scrap pages over the years.  We live in Canada, where opposite to popular beliefs we do have 4 lovely seasons, including some very hot summers (it's not ALL snow, igloo's and sleigh dogs here! lol!)  My girls just love to join me in my scrapping and boy does it turn into a big mess when we are all scrapping together, but we do have fun while we're playing!  Here is a recent photo I took of my girls (I have to admit, they are pretty good about cooperating when getting their pic's taken, they only clown around some of the time :) ...
.....and of course there is my dear husband Steve, my rock and the love of my life, we met when we were just in our teens, got married and never looked back!
And last but not least.....we have our new l'il  Labradoodle puppy Zoe.....a total handful at the moment but getting better everyday...
Here is a layout I made of our new baby with the beautiful new Et Cetera collection, I love love love the soft and pretty color combinations in this collection!

Supplies used for this project:
Patterned Paper: Et Cetera; Geography, Odds & Ends
6x6 paper pad (Et Cetera)
Noteworthy (Et Cetera)
Trinkets & Wraps: Et Cetera
Et Cetera Chipboard & Layered Chipboard

I thought it would also be fun today to share a new layout I made with the gorgeous new  Welcome Home collection and share a video tutorial with you all on how to make your own polymer clay tile embellishments!  Here is the layout ....

The branch of blooms I made myself from one of the patterned papers in the Welcome Home collection and the large creamy bloom is from the ETC. collection (love this bloom!)  You can find a tutorial on how to make these blooms at my blogsite in the tutorials section.  Here are some close-up pic's of the tiles I'm going to show you how to make....

Supplies used for this project:
Patterned Paper: Welcome Home: Porch Swing, Family, Dreams
6x6 Paper Pad: Welcome Home
CS Sticker Home Grown
Welcome Home Jewels
Welcome Home Combo Stickers
Bloom: et cetera Petals
Stamps: Gabrielle, Midnight Frost
Other: Polymer clay, paint

Here is my little video tutorial on how to make these fun little embellishments...
And finally I thought I would share with you all just a few of the layouts I've made over this past year or so using so many of my favourite Bo Bunny collections...

....And now for some fun stuff!!  Leave a comment here at the Bo Bunny blogsite today and you will be eligible for a wonderful Bo Bunny prize!  At the end of the month Bo Bunny will choose one of the commenters for a lovely prize pack!  BUT.....I've got a little surprise for you too!  Come to my blog 'Such A Pretty Mess' and leave a comment for me there too and I will choose a winner for some Yummy blog candy as well!!

Thanks for taking the time to get to know me better!  ~ Gabrielle xx

BoBunny Fan Spotlight!

Once and a while we like to take a moment to celebrate one of YOU!

Today we are spotlighting....

Anna Zaprzelska,
also known as Brises

Let's get to know Anna/Brises!

My name is Anna Zaprzelska, also known as Brises.
I live in Poland [Europe] with my family (my husband and one wonderful son).
I love my family and friends, taking photos, travelling
(my way: walking the world on the occasion of solar eclipses,
last I've seen eclipse in China (in 2009) and
I plan to see eclipse in North America (in 2017):D).

I have been papercrafting for over 3 years and now I enjoy scrapping, card making,
stamping, embossing and altered items. I love all the colours
of life so I like to be creative whenever possible :)
The reason why I started scrapbooking is because I
wanted to keep memories for my sin. Now,
I'm addicted to scrapping and enjoy creating everyday:)
In scrapbooking I love sewing, crochet lace and flowers.

Have I own style? Who knows, I'm still looking for, but I know for sure:
I love scrapbooking! For me it is keeping moments and memories
and have allowed me to combine my love for crafts and photography
while documenting unique family memories, so what more could I ask for?!
I like Bo Bunny, all collections are so various and colorful! At this time,
the most wonderful for me is "Gabrielle",
fantastic colors, design an butterflies of course!

I am a member of Design Team at an internet shop Scrap.com.pl
and the biggest Polish internet scrapbooking portal Polki  ScrapujÄ…

Also, I'm a member of Design Team Sasya Sketches
I would like to show you some things. In a little bit retro climate and different colors.
So I'm inviting you to my world - "Brises colors"

Thank you Anna for sharing a glimpse into your life and
for showing us your wonderful projects!

Hope everyone has a great day!

BoBunny fan Spotlight!!!

We constantly receive emails from all of our wonderful
fans and all of your fantastic creations!
We so enjoy seeing what everyone is doing with our products,
it just makes our jobs that much more rewarding!

So today's blog post is about a few of those
amazing ladies out there who take the time to share their creations!

First up we have
Carla Oliveira

My name is Carla Oliveira and I live in Kenosha Wisconsin with my two kids,
my daughter who is in her first year of college and my son that is a junior in high school.
I have two golden retrievers that are sisters and
they are two years old. Their names are Mia and Sadie.

I have been scrap booking for about 12 years now. Its a passion of mine, and
I love to create and preserve memories. I have done some altered work here and
there but for the most part I enjoy creating scrap book pages for albums.
I have been on a few design teams and Im currently on a DT for Bella Creations http://bellacreations.ning.com/ and also a DT
for Sassy LIL Sketches http://www.sassylilsketches.com/.

Bo Bunny is by far one of my favorite lines......I was so excited when I saw the
Time Piece line at my local scrap book store because I knew right away what
I wanted to do with it. I had some older pictures of my mom and her sister and
their parents (my grandparents) and a 7 gypsy tray that I wanted to do for my mom.
The paper line was perfect for what I wanted to do. I bought the whole line with all
the great little chip board embellishments, stickers, trinkets and jewels.
I sent this to my mom in the mail as a surprise and she totally loved it.

Here are some of of Carla's creations using BoBunny.

Now we have
Susan Goetter

Hi, I’m Susan Goetter.  I’ve been married for 30 years to my best friend and together we have 5 children and 16 grandchildren (with # 17 on the way!).  We lead a busy and hectic life.
I still work full time, but I scrapbook every chance I get.

Bo Bunny papers are some of my favorite papers to work with because
they lend themselves to several different styles.  I’ve been scrapbooking for about
10 years and I would say my style is sometimes shabby-chic
and vintage and sometimes clean and simple.

I've been published in Scrapbooking & Beyond and Ivy Cottages Magazines,
along with several online Magazines.  I have been on several Designs teams
in the past including Daisy D's, My Creative Scrapbook, Creative Scrappers,
and I was a Bella Blvd Artista.  I appreciate this opportunity to
showcase some of my work with the beautiful Bo Bunny collections.

And now...
Alicia Giess

I am Alicia Giess, the mother of 4 incredibly gorgeous and smart children, ages 16 through 10.
I've been married for almost 30 years to my high school sweetheart, Mike.
When I started scrapping  6 years ago, I was hooked.   I have a strong addiction to my Nikon,
patterned paper, and Diet Coke.   I also love working with Bo Bunny products because they are so
versatile and the embellishments with each collection make a page come together so easily.

Last but not least we have....
Christina Hoffman

Hello my name is Christina Hoffman.  I've been married to my husband, Mike, going on 10 years.
We have one little boy, Landon, who is the spotlight of all of my layouts.
I started scrapbooking in 2001, but I love everything crafty!  I also enjoy quilting,
making handbags, creating custom diaper cakes, cross stitching, cleaning my house and
clipping coupons.  I know those all sound weird but they are also hobbies of mine.
In January 2011, I joined my first design team.  Being a design team member with Sketch
Support has given me the opportunity to create outside of my comfort zone and learn so many
techniques that I certainly knew nothing about.   When I'm not creating I enjoy spending
time with my family, camping, taking vacations, going out to
dinner with friends or just lazy days at home.

And here is what BoBunny creations we've seen from Christina

ALSO.. We want to show you a fun adventure that two BoBunnies went on this weekend.
Megan and Jeri were able to attend a FABULOUS event in New Zealand where the taught 5 classes to a bunch of fun and crazy women.  Store owners and consumers!

Here are all the fun girls at the Kayz Company Event!

While they were there, they were able to visit 4 different stores in
Auckland, Morrinsville, Rotorua and Hamiton!

This one is Paper Zone.

Thanks for all the fun memories and adventures KK!
We had a blast!
