I used ribbon and flowers on this card, but still kept the card quite clean and simple.



For this card I did some fussy cutting, and I also used the new BoBunny banner dies.

Serendipity Mini Album-with Solange

Hello BoBunny fans!!! It's Solange Marques here!
Today I'll share with you more one project using the fabulous Serendipity collection!
I've made a Mini Album with a nicely decorated cover and page inserts:

This collection is so sweet and romantic, then I've added some lace flourishes and flowers on the cover.  You can also see a few3 little metal found pieces and fussy cuttings of some of the page elements that I just love.

Now for a peek at some of the inside pages.  Some have pockets for memorabilia and keepsakes, and some are waterfall pages so you can have and view lots of images in one view.

Hello My Dear Crafty Friends, 

welcome to my BoBunny papercrafting inspiration.

This time I made a Mixed Media layout where the main point is the title and not the photo.

This huge title was made over Double Dot BoBunny cardstock with large BoBunny Alphabet stencil letters.

Let's say that this was pretty much time consuming as also there are two of each letters there, but not three or four (like letter E). So I made this title by steps and covered with a thin layer of Pentart white gesso.

I like this " nonsense" title that is this " Keep calm" all over thing, but I made it my own.

And as the photo has a clock on it I added a couple of clocks with BB  stencils and one BB die cut clock.

This photo is from my daughter wedding a couple of years ago. She was totally not calm (how can she on her wedding day?). So we just said " keep calm" again and again and kept her pretty much in a calm mood as time was running till the wedding hour.
So this saying is a perfect fit to this non traditional wedding layout.

The die cut clock was covered with Copper BoBunny glitter paste and arranged over black die cut circle.

 The only embellishments here are this huge cluster made with BoBunny Serendipity collection chipboard (painted to copper color just with Pentart Copper wax paste), one new heart die cut and one single BoBunny flower that was already in this copper color.
Some background stamping was added to the "white spaces" with different BoBunny stamps.

Sunday Funday Mermaid Party with Ginny

Happy Sunday Funday BoBunny Peeps! I'm dropping in to share some party inspired projects with the fabulous Down By The Sea Collection. I was thinking to myself what would be more fun than a mermaid party? Obviously a party with these awesome mermaid wands and a crown. So I channeled the five year old in me and created these whimsical accessories.

The mermaids were the focal images so I added them to all the pieces.

Who doesn't want to wear a crown on their Birthday? For this I simply cut (2)  6 x 12 inch strips then joined them on one end and cut a scallop at the top. After deciding what would be a good fit for a small persons head I joined the other side to create the crown.  I accented the top simply by dipping my finger in some Brilliant Blue Pearlescents and just ran it around the front and back. Next came the mermaid image and sentiment then it was topped off with coordinating BoBunny Blossoms and Double Dot Jewels.  Last but not least some eyelash trim to give the impression of netting.

These mermaid wands are for the guests to enjoy and have matching images as the crown.  The patterned papers are cut and stacked with foam spacers between the layers.The edges were finished like the crown by finger painting with Pearlescents. I colored some Pentart 3D Powder with more of the Brilliant Blue then adhered it to the bottom of the top circle. Once dry I dabbed some Gold and Caribbean Glitter Paste to accent it and give the illusion of water. More of the eyelash trim was wound around and secured.  I created fun accents for the wands by trimming thin strips of the paper and winding them around a pen to create spirals then tucked them in behind the top circle.  It's topped off with a shimmery ribbon bow and flowers that were finished with more of the Glitter Paste.

 For the handle of the wand I used straws that already had a stripe and just embellished it with more of the Brilliant Blue and Gold Glitter. This did take a little patience....but well worth the happy smiles for some cute kiddos when they get to be mermaids for the day : )

Hi! Ulrika here today to show you how to make 1 layout in 3 steps.

This is the first step, a clean and simple layout:

 

Then I added some stamping, some Glimmer Spray and a couple of embellishments.

In my final step I added some chipboard pieces. I peeled off the coat and painted them with black gesso, and after it had dried, I put on some Pentart Antique Paste.

So this is the process, and you can see clearer how I worked more and more on the layout:

Life in Color and Pentart Metallic Wax Pastes with Ginny

Hey BoBunny Peeps! Let me just tell you that I have fallen for the Pentart Metallic Wax Paste.  Not only does it add a gorgeous detail to your creations...but it is also super easy to use. For my project today I'm upcycling a plaster frame stand that I sourced at a local discount store in the markdown section.

Life In Color was the perfect pairing for this frame. It's kinda "arty" so I think the mixed media supplies work so great with it.

This frame has a lovely base with additional raised areas to highlight with the wax. It's also super heavy so there is no concern that it  might tip over.



While I had the wax paste out I added a bit of detail to the BoBunny Blossoms. To round out the arrangement there's a bit of netting and twine bows. Last but not least metal gears in coordinating silver.

I took out the glass part of the frame so I could add the brick background pattern then adhere the following layers with foam spacers.  Bling is always a good for an well placed bit of sparkle. These coordinate really well so the don't contrast with the background.

So many layers!!!! This definitely has a very dimensional look, and the wax paste does the trick in making them stand out nicely.

Here's the process of finishing the frame....

I was able to cover it in with only 1 coat of Pentart Creamy Acrylic Metallic Paint in Graphite. Yay for 1 coat!!!! After allowing to dry I used my finger and a very light touch to add the wax to the raised areas.  Easy Peasy. So much beauty for so little work!!!

Faith and Pentart Lasur Indoor/Outdoor with Marilyn

Hello everyone! It's Fine Art day, one of my favorite design team assignments to do and I come today with a canvas that I made with the beautiful Faith collection, Bo Bunny and Pentart products.

I love the messages, design and colors in this collection 

and the Faith paper was my inspiration to create this canvas. Sometimes we have difficult situations in our life but not matter how hard it is or how dark it looks, we need to be strong. to have faith, to be the Light and it was my inspiration...

"Be The Light Canvas"

I started applying a coat of Penart white gesso over all the canvas. While the canvas is drying, I'm going to cut out images from the papers like the bulb, butterflies and the girl.  Then I painted the half top of the canvas in similar colors to the Faith paper and for that I mixed the Pentart Creamy Acrylic- Baroque Gold & Trumpet Flower and for the bottom of the canvas I mixed the Nimbus and Blue colors.

I create textures and a design around the bulb image with cheesecloth, the stickable Lots of Love stencil and gesso.

I also added textures on the  bottom sides of the canvas with the same stencil and the Pentart Lansur Gel in country green color. I painted one flower from the Harvest Orange Dahlia package with orange paint and put on the girl's hair.

I apply Black Crackle paste by Bo Bunny on the edges of my canvas, I wanted to see the different colors through the crackle effect.

You can see here the crackle effect that are in all the borders and it's hard to see on the photos. I stamped some words with the Be The Light Stamp on a blue paper from the same collection.

I used markers to paint her face and waterproof pen to enhance her eyes and lashes. I adhered all the images with gel medium.  Finally, I added white paint splatters over all the canvas..

Felicity and Pentart Contour Liners with Elena

Hello!

Elena S. here today!  I want to show you a layout I created from the wonderful Felicity collection! This collection is bright, flowery, very cheerful! Therefore I have inserted an old photo that I love that is also cheerful! It turned out to be one of my favorite projects!

At first,I have taken the sheet of paper from this collection. Through a mask, I applied Bronze Glimmer Spray. Then I in some places have put Cracking Paint System. After drying I have put some Fabric Paint which works beautifully on other mediums.

Further, I used a little put Glow Paint in light Blue and Pink.

 Next,  I have made composition and around it have put stamps. So, I feel like it gives this a beautiful, subtle look.

After that in some places, I added touches with Contour Liners in Sparkling Silver and Black, specifically on the chipboard.  Where you see black splashes, I added black Fabric Paint for a more contrasting look.

Hello Bo Bunny Friends, It's Ayumi here

and today I'm going to share with you all a colorful mixed media jar I created featuring BoBunny's
Kiss The Cook collection.

First, I painted the glass jar with Pentart Glow Paint in Light Blue. In bright light, it's very subtle and  it is a color close to white.

Next, I pasted linen cloth and paper and created a few well placed stars with glitter paste and stickable stencils.

I  will put a variety of decorations on this piece, once it's completely dry.

 I also used Pentart Glow Paint in Lime.

This is such a fun effect! Glow paint will also show glow in the dark !
