Layout Challenge Friday

Believe you me, we have a challenge for you today!  Our very own Bo Bunny designer, Debbie Sherman, came up with this challenge out of the desire to challenge herself a little and in doing so, I am sure she will challenge you as well! Are you ready?  Here is the challenge:

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE CHALLENGE
Create a 2 page layout about an ordinary, routine day in your life.
We want to see what one day in your life looks like.
Your layout should include photos and journaling/wording.

Here is what Debbie had to share about creating this challenge and her layout:
"It was challenging but I have been wanting to document my daily work life for a long time, even though it's boring. biggrin.gif I've spent 30 years working as a drafter, graphic designer and road designer so alot of my life has been spent here. Anyway, you get the idea."

5 DAYS A WEEK
by Debbie Sherman

Here is what Robbie had to say about creating her layout about a typical day in her life:
"I chose to make a page about the things that make my day. These are things that I use and try to do each and every day. Instead of writing my journaling, I chose to layer my pictures and add small stickers to make my points. I actually even used a picture of myself, which is something I seldom do!"

Follow the Recipe Challenge!

How many of you follow a recipe when you cook?  I know I usually do!  So why not try following a recipe to create a scrapbook page?!  That is exactly what we challenged our Bo Bunny designers to do today.  The creator of the recipe is our very own Samantha Wright.

And here is the recipe:
Begin by using this quote for inspiration:
"If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together.. there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart.. I'll always be with you."
~Winnie the Pooh

Next create a layout using the following ingredients:
1 double dot cardstock
2 photos (one must be 5x7)
3 patterned papers
3 trinkets/buttons
4 flowers
5 ribbons
jewels to your liking

Now, let's take a look at how this recipe inspired our designers!
