Spotlight on Lynn Shokoples

I'm so excited for you all to see Lynn's fun
projects for her spotlight.  If you remember, Lynn
was a guest designer for us quite some time ago...

She has always been so active on our blog and facebook sharing
her work and love for scrapbooking with us. So we asked her if she
would come play along with us for a while.  Then while she was playing
along with the team, we lost our cute DT member Tomoko, and needed
someone to take her place.  Lynn fell right into that spot and we asked her
to stay with us as a permanent DT member.  We love Lynn!

Hi Everyone! Today I would like to share a mini I made using the Serenade Collection.
I really thought about what I wanted to do this mini of.
I finally decided that I would do one just for me ( which rarely happens).
These are all quotes I found that have meaning to me. I started calling the album My Journey mini! Thanks for letting me share with you today!

THIS ALBUM IS OUT FOR PUBLICATION

Even before I became a Design Team Member I was a huge fan of Bo Bunny.
I think I have bits and pieces left from every collection.

These are a few of my favorites that are very special to me. Have an awesome day everyone!

Recipe Box Tutorial

I'm so excited for today's blog post.

Agnieszka Piskorz has written up the cutest tutorial
for a darling Christmas Recipe box that you are going to
want to pull some supplies together and make!

Hello everyone!
Soon the long-awaited Christmas holidays will be here, but, we still have plenty of time to buy gifts. However, I encourage you to do a few gifts, there is no more beautiful than handmade gifts.
One of the few gifts that I prepared this year for friends is a box for Christmas recipes.
Maybe it can be any rules, such as muffins, cakes, etc. It all depends on whom you want to
give away and I have an idea.

I used an old metal tea can, but it can be any metal can you have. I pulled the Bo Bunny Rejoice paper in a variety of designs, stickers, glue and rigid cards on which you can list the recipes.
 Step 1
You must sand tin with sandpaper, then glue will have a better grip.
Step 2
Measure the exact height of the box and its perimeter, cut your paper to your exact measurements.
I used the Rejoice Adorned.

 Step 3
Wrap and adhere paper to box. Now you can decorate it in any way.
Step 4
Now prepare the cards you want to use for tabs.

Now your Recipe Box is ready, handmaking such a gift is very easy, isn't it?
I hope you like the idea.

I greet you warmly and have a nice day!

Blog Class Week 4 - Mistletoe Caboose

It's crazy that week 4 is here and November is almost over.
Time flies when we're having fun!

This week we are finishing up with the CABOOSE!
It's a lot like the engine, so if you've finished it,
you're already a pro.

And remember....
If you need help with anything or measurements,
just email me and I'll help you out.

Plus, here's next month's shopping list! We're making Rejoice Christmas cards deigned by Pia, and they are gorgeous!
