These colors are SO FUN! It seriously makes me want to party! The balloons, the cake, the banners! Awesome! What's your favorite part? What celebration would you scrap with this one? My wedding had a vintage circus theme, so I made a wedding mini album with this line and it is SUPER CUTE! If you happen to be at CHA you might see it ;)
