Aryia's Garden and Pentart Wax Paste with Katherine

Hello BoBuuny fans, it's Katherine here with a Fine Art's Friday post using Aryia's Garden.  The colours are gorgeous, I focused on the fuchsia and oranges in this line and used a mix of Pentart products to compliment it.

For my base, I used the grey wooden floorboard style paper - Garden Petals.  To add some texture I started with the serenity stencil and texture paste, focusing on the areas around where my photo and embellishment cluster was going to be. Next, I mixed some of my Pentart acrylics. I used a mix of cream, gold and a tiny bit of red acrylic, the gold has a lot of shimmer in it.  I watered my colour mix down and applied it more like a watercolour, creating puddles of colour and then adding in extra bits of red to get a deeper orange area, finally a few flicks of the paint across the page.  The lovely thing about these paints is that even with water you still get the depth of colour.  My final layer before the papers was a little bit of stamping using the It is Written stamp set using black ink.

To create interest in my layers, I added some die-cuts - both the new Royal die-set and 4" Portrait Frames.  I embellished these in different ways - for the Portrait die-cut I added dots of gold pearlescent, and used chameleon green wax on the lock and keys.  The chameleon waxes have a gorgeous iridescent shine to them, they work particularly well on dark colours as it really stands out.  You only need a little bit and just rub it on and you get an instant shimmer - green in my case.  I then layered and distressed my papers.  Once I was happy with the arrangement I then added some of the 3D balls - attaching them with gel-medium and then colouring them with some watered down gold pearlescent.

You can see a cluster of embellishments using a mix of the chipboard and noteworthy pieces as well as one of the die-cut keys which has some wax on it.

Kathi here to share with you  the 12 X 12 canvas layout using Aryia's Garden and Pentart Chameleon Wax Paste.

The photo above is the front view of the canvas layout. I used the Chameleon Wax Pastes to provide a faint blue hue that can be seen around the paper close to the edge, and I also used some of the wax on the paper over the exposed brick, 

 I used a lot of mixed media on this layout, from Glitter Paste to Glimmer Sprays. and also highlighting some areas with Pearlescents and also Wax Paste. I completed the look by embellishing with blossoms, dies jewels, brads and vellum. 

Using archival black ink, I stamped butterflies around the flower garden. The flower garden has a mixture of flowers from Aryia's Garden Chipboard, flowers cut from Aryia's garden paper using the perfect petals dies, and also BoBunnuy Blossoms.  The frames are from the chipboard collection colored with the Metallic Wax Paste and embellished with Pearlescent dots on the corners. 

Using archival ink with the Captured Stamp, I stamped the 'Love This' sentiment. The word 'Family' was created using the All Caps Die Set and by distressing the edges.

Aryia's Garden and Pentart Wax Pastes with Denise

Hello BoBunny Fans!

It's Denise here today to share One Layout: 3 Ways, using the gorgeous BoBunny Aryia's Garden Collection and Pentart Chameleon Wax Paste.

So here is the first layout. It is clean and has a few touches of stenciling, along with the super Chameleon wax paste.

Now for the second version, which has a bit more stamping and die-cuts.

Lastly, here is my favourite version. I added even more bits and bobs.

Here's a closer look at how I used the Chameleon wax paste. I used a paint brush and painted the edges of the flowers with the paste, as well as adding highlights to the leaves.

Here, again, you can see I edged the flowers with the wax paste.

I also rubbed some of the wax paste, just with my finger tip, in and around the gesso stencilling.

You can really see here, how it has a glimmer to it, which is just stunning.

This is such a special page for me, as this photo was taken a few years ago, on Mothers Day. There is nothing better than kisses and cuddles from our children.

Hello Bo Bunny friends!

Amy here to show you the fun you can have with the Wax Pastes.

For this layout I wanted to add a little dimension by spreading the  Metallic Antique Wax Pastes across the page. These Pastes will resist water, so if you want to add watercolor paint perhaps do that first. Or use it as a resist effect.

I then added my photo, and clustered my embellishments so that the paste is not covered. By spacing out flowers, you can add a feminine feel to the layout

Emmy here with a new Misc me project to share with you! This time I had the pleasure of working with the lovely Aryia's garden collection and the amazing Pentart Chameleon Wax Paste.

So, here are the Misc Me pages I've created:

To create the banner I used patterned paper and clear stickers. After I fussy cut the different banner elements, I inked their edges and affixed them with mounting foam tape to the background paper. 

I die cut the word 'Love' two times from different patterned papers to create the shadow effect.

I used many clear sticker to decorate my pictures and send special messages to my daughter.

To create the frame around this picture, I used a piece of vellum where I carefully removed the inner part and replaced it with the photo..

I used Pentart Chameloen Wax Paste on some of my die cut embellishments. It is perfect to soften the colour and to give them a shimmery look.

I also used pre-cut shapes from the Noteworthy pack to decorate the journaling areas.

Aryia's Garden and Pentart Chameleon Wax Pastes with Elena O.

Hello BoBunny fans, it's Elena here with you today. It's Sunday and it's time to share something for Party time!

 

I made some decor for Birthday party . It's quite simple - a few rosettes, gift bags and a set of Party Invitation Cards.

  

I used the Aryia's Garden collection to create these pieces, it has soft bright colors which are perfect for party decorations.

   I started with creating my paper rosettes.

I love the look it gives when you have a plenty of them on the wall. However, even just a couple of them on your table are still able to give you a party feeling.

I also used some paper scraps to create the tags for my guests' gift bags.

 I had a blast creating invitation cards as well. Didn't they turn out beautiful?

Each of the cards are different, but I used the same sketch and almost the same embellishments to create them.

  I played with only 2 main paper sheets, and guess what - I have managed to mix 6 different cards.

  I used the doily die and the nested frame dies to create beautiful accent pieces.

  The cards are quite simple, but they have gorgeous dimension due to the flower clusters.

  I added a finishing touch of jewels and pearls - and everything look festive and feminine.

I love how they sparkle with just a hint of the jewels and pearls.

I also  added some sparkling on my wooden box using the Pentart Chameleon Wax paste in peach. It gives a beautiful and subtle shimmer to the grain.
