One Layout Three Ways with Shizuka

Hello BoBunny friends!! It's Shizuka here today. I would like to introduce One Layout in Three Ways with the BoBunny beautiful Serendipity collection and Pentart new Stencil Paste.

At first it is a simple clean layout:

I cut out some patterns from pattern paper and I added a layered chipboard to be an accent.

In the next step, I added texture and color to the paper of the mount.

I textured with a new BoBunny Fancy Flourishes stencil and New Pentart Stencil Paste. This new stencil is very thick and solid. Moreover, the stencil paste is reasonably hard, and when used together it is very stereoscopic. Then I slightly diluted acrylic paint and skipped paint with a brush.

Can you see the stencil paste is quite stereoscopic?

I put papers pulled out with BoBunny New Mandala craft dies on the butterfly circle paper. Like a dream catcher, I connected a cord to a feather paper. Even in this state it is not bad, but I would like to add colors and decorations a little more.

This is the work which was completed at the end.

I piled the cut flowers and paper, stacked chipboard, added Pearlescents, and superimposed colors with three kinds of glitter paste. Finally Gesso wear lightly on the sponge and colored so as to be a soft impression.

I hope my work will be helpful for your production and inspiration!

Thank you!!

Shizuka

Serendipity and Pentart Two Step Crackle Paint with Kathi

Kathi here today sharing with you this adorable altered wooden box with mixed media  products. I used the new Serendipity paper line, which boasts very soft pastel colors with a big hint of spring. The technique that I decided to use was a crackle paint technique. This is one of my favorite techniques.  It's quite versatile and gives such a cute, distressed look and feel.

The finished box.

Applying the crackling system in this photo.

A close up of the finished crackling technique.

I used the crackling system on the front of the box as well, as you can see the paper comes through on the crackling lines.  I layered an element from the layered chipboard collection.

Applied chipboard flourish on the sides of the box,

On this side I place the chipboard flag banner as well as butterflies. This view you can see both the crackling on the wood as well as the paper line. I hope that you will try this technique out, it is simple and fun. The box was finished with blossom flowers an cut outs from the paper line,  sugar glitter paste was placed on the eggs in the bird nest.

Serendipity and a Mixed Media Altered Frame with Ulrika

Hi there, BoBunny lovers!

Ulrika here today to show you a decorated frame. I had this white wooden frame that I wanted to do something about. I used some Pentart products to make it more alive!

First I used two different stencils together with the new Pentart Stencil Paste. I also used Pearlescents to make the small turquoise dots.

Then I made something to put in the frame. A picture of this cute bird that I found on a Serendipity paper.

I really love the new thick stencils and the stencil paste. As you can see on the result, they are quite easy to work with. I didn't even try them first, this is my first take!
