Carousel Christmas MIxed Media Layout-with Denise

Hello BoBunny Fans

It's Denise here today, with a mixed media layout, using the Christmas Carousel collection.

I kept the background fairly simple here.  To start, I just used some Mandala stencils with some Gesso to add to the large doily die cut.  I then did some watercolour effects with distress ink. I also added some star stamping, but faded it out a bit as I got closer to the edge of the paper.



I fussy cut quite a few elements and especially thought that the reindeer would be great to use, since the kids were sitting with a reindeer/moose in the photo.

The little white flowers I handmade.  These were flower die-cuts that I cut from white cardstock and layered together and then shaped for added depth and dimension.



This photo was taken 5 years ago at Christmas and I cannot believe how the kids have grown!

Layout LOVE!!! featuring Penelope-with Elena

Hello, Elena here to share this layout I made using this new Penelope collection.



It's so very beautiful that I wanted to use every single sheet of paper at once from the collection pack!
However I started with the fussy cutting . I love these flowers really. They appear to have so much texture and depth!

  I chose the dark background for my layout, as I wanted all of those colorful flowers to really pop up on it.

 I also made some paper layering and added some paint splatters with the acrylic paints and the mist and a soft brush.

It was fun to use the photo of my kids, sitting on the top of hay bale and the magic blue August sky behind them.  I so enjoyed the mixing of these several shades of blue colors here.

Dreaming of Autumn, Capturing Life-with Emmy

Hello BoBunny fans,

Emmy here today with a brand new project to share with you. This week I've decided to work with the lovely "Dreams of Autumn" collection from BoBunny's September release. This collection is filled with awesome autumn images, cute little foxes and warm fall colors. And here is what I came up with:

For my background I used Double Dot Wine Vintage cardstock and Foxes pattern paper. I added a white dimensional layer using Stickable Stencil and Structure paste.

For the layers under my picture, I used the Ephemera pack and different pattern papers.

I fussy cut some of the amazing fall images and used them to decorate my page.
