Add liquid pearls to clear surface for color. Twist the wrap

a black pen. Images are stamped on patterned
paper and were cut by hand!!!

Designer Notes: I love using circle elements on my designs so this time I
used the Chunky Charms chipboard circles to create masks when misting
on my background. I also loved the shape from one of the stickers from
Olivia but the insides of the frame wouldn't match my design. So I simply
cut out the sticker frame and adhered it on another paper. Works like a charm!

Designer Notes: I used my 1" circle squeeze in punching out circles
out of my Winter Joy Brrrr paper, then inked the edge, crumpled
and de-crumpled the cut outs and then layered them for the frame/border.
