I first shaped my background paper using a Fiskars edger and then distressed all the edges.
Before applying my die cut, I cut out the inner circle and set aside to use after
After distressing and applying my cut out circle, I then punched out several
scallop strips to tuck under the circle for extra texture and dimension.
.Some more paper layers, cardboard and bits 'n' pieces to build my page before the finishing touches.
All done now with added doilies, flowers, rub ons, paint, and of course photos.

This is the bare bones layout. The title is there and with a little bit of paper punching, die cutting and free hand cutting (from the Cut Outs paper) you can call it finished. But I wanted to have a bit more fun. How about you?
So, let's take it to the next level!
I began by adding ink to the edges of the large die cut background.
I added some cardstock sticker swirls to the ends of the large chipboard letters and a small punched strip along the left hand side of the photo.
I then adhered the subtitle letter stickers with double sided foam tape to give them more dimension. Again, you could call it finished.
But...let's step it up a bit more!
I used a pearl pen to add dots of pearls all around the edges of the die cut paper.
I then finished it off by adding some Trinkets, Buttons and punched butterflies.
