Field Trip Friday!

Welcome to Field Trip Friday! What is Field Trip Friday you ask? We asked our designers to  step outside of their comfort zone and create something they would not normally create or scrap about.
Sound fun?  Well wait until you see what our designers came up with!

Here's what Tara Orr said about this challenge.
For this assignment I had originally planned to scrap in a style completely different than what I am use to scrapping - clean and simple. Well.... that didn't work out too well as I kept adding layer upon layer and embellishment after embellishment. I instead decided to scrap a photo of my husband and I - well, mainly, my husband. Normally, the main subjects of my layouts are my children, primarily my daughter. Even though he'd never admit to it, I know my hubby gets a little jealous when there aren't any projects featuring him.

Love by Tara Orr
You are truly going to love this next project by Gabrielle Pollaco. Here's what she says about her project.
For me the field trip Friday means going way off the beaten track and doing something I almost never do.....OTP (off the page)! I have to admit I am a layout girl and a hardcore 12x12 girl at that! When someone says do OTP I break out into the nervous sweats! lol!....BUT! I'm currently making over my scrap room and thought I would create a fun home decor item for my room. So I picked up some wooden letters and used some of the new Little Miss collection and some Et Cetera to decorate them with....I recently put in new shelving in my scraproom and I thought the words 'ART' would make a nice decorative element for the top of the shelving.

 Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Little Miss: Maree, Et Cetera: Symphony
Cardstock: Clover Double dot
Chipboard: Little Miss
Combo Stickers: Little Miss
Market Petals: Little Miss
Trinkets: Little Miss
Jewels: Little Miss

Are you ready for more!  This next project by Patti Milazzo is really gorgeous!
Patti says:This was a tough challenge! I finally decided to go with making some jewelry.
These days I primarily create cards and the occasional layout or altered project. I've made jewelry here and there but I've never tried creating a piece using Bo Bunny product. Their buttons are always a favorite accent to add to my projects but I particularly loved the charms included in the Serenity collection. So I decided to make an earring and necklace gift set with them in lieu of Mother's Day.

Buttons: Serenity

So how about all this inspiration from the Bo Bunny design team!  We hope it's inspired you to design a project out of your comfort zone!!

Thanks for stopping by the Bo Bunny blog!
