The Day 38 Giveaway and a Mixed Media Tutorial

Mixed Media Layout By Solange Marques

 

I really love Mixed Media and I use it in almost all of my works.

Today I'll share with you a tutorial and I chose a layout mixed media to this.

I have a friend who is a year and half ago here in Brazil and now she will return to her home in Salt Lake City. He asked me to make a page with her picture and this is my gift for her:
 

I love to melt the photo on the background. I like when it is difficult know where are the limits of the photo.

On my video tutorial you can see how I do it.

I also love to use stamps and masks to get better fusion among all of the elements.

    I LOVE these layouts! I live in Albuquerque, which is home to the International Balloon Fiesta. I'm getting ready to re-do a bathroom into vintage balloons. I would love to use some of these mixed media layouts as decor.
