Hi everyone!! It's Carole...
I am going to show you a quick and easy layered background using the gorgeous "Mango Luau" Collection, but also using plenty of embellishments but still giving the effect of simplicity.
Materials List:
Relax Cardstock Stickers
Mango Luau Cut Out
Mango Luau Pattern Paper
Mango Luau Pattern Paper
Mango Luau Buttons & Bling
Step 2
Cut out all these pieces from the above papers.
Step 3
Stick the surf boards and the scalloped cut out onto chipboard and cut these pieces out.
Step 4
Stick the above pieces down with foam mounting tape onto the background pattern paper as per the photo, don't forget to add the flowers, also using foam tape. Stick the photo onto thick cardstock and position onto layout and stick down with foam tape, over the chipboard pieces.
Step 5
This is what it will look like under the photo.
Step 6
You can then create other embellishments for the layout using the same technique adding extra pieces such as buttons, rubons etc.
Step 7
More layering with the background flowers and then adding stickers over the background layers.
Just a fun idea I hope you enjoy.
Carole xx
Thanks Carole for the beautiful tutorial!
