Well, what I have started doing is making up card sets. Usually generic in their theme or often a theme that gets used frequently like thank you and happy birthday.
These card sets always seem to be so appreciated. Cards are expensive and what's better than to have some homemade ones on hand when needed? I made this set of cards using the Kitchen Spice line and some stamps in my stash.

ReplyDeleteI am really missing checking out the blogs everyday. I am so unbelievably busy that I do not even take the time to put on makeup every day. My mother=in=law has been ill and this has caused a lot of extras for my husband and me. She is in the early stages of Alzheimer's, and I think it would be lovely to do up a set of cards for her. Then maybe help her out with birthdays, etc. Thanks for the inspiration.

The cards are so pretty! I have done the same thing and the card sets are always so appreciated. Last party I went to I made a little 'wine journal' with a bottle of wine. Easy to do, and very personal.
