Valentine's Day Card Trio with Angela

Hello BoBunny friends!

It's Angela here. Today, I would like to share with you a card trio I made for Valentine's day using the romantic BoBunny collection, Count The Ways. I love creating cards for my family and friends. It's always a pleasure seeing people faces when they receive unexpected handmade cards.

For all the three cards I used the 6 x 8 in paper pad from the collection. I simply folded the sheet of paper in half, to have a 4 x 6 card size.

To give a bit of texture to the cards, I framed the front of each one with a white stitching I made with my sewing machine. Then, I started embellishing.

For the first card I used some die-cuts from Noteworthy pack. Particularly, the rectangular doily and the gorgeous hand holding a rose.

I was captured by the laces of the cuff of the die-cut. To emphasize it, I added a few real pieces of laces and ribbon I had in my stash and glued them to the die-cut using a hot glue gun.

On the second card, the focal point is a big paper rosette laid on a real paper doily. The flower heart in the center is a piece I fussy cut from paper called Forever. It is a full page of hearts and some of them have a sentiment in the centre.

To add a bit of fun and create a lollipop look, I added a paper straw to the paper rosette. I covered it with a matching washi tape from Count The Ways collection and cut it to fit the card size.

The third card is similar to the previous one except for the ribbon around the satin ribbon around the paper rosette. For the sentiment I used the foam letters from the collection. They comes in glitter and in foil. I chose the glitter one, to give a bit of sparkle to the card.

Creative Valentine's Day Cards

Hey BoBunny friends!

Angela here, I am so excited to show you my first project with the gorgeous new BoBunny collection, Count The Ways! This collection is so inspiring to me and this is just one of a million ideas I had on how to use it. What I am showing you today are three Valentine's Teepee cards. They are special cards because they hold a little treat inside.

Count_The _Ways_Angela_Jan20_01

For the base of the card I wanted a neutral color and I chose a 12 in card-stock in craft from American Crafts. One sheet of card-stock is enough to create 3 Teepee Cards.
To create the teepee, I cut three squares of 4" in craft card-stock and scored each square along the diagonal. Then, I glued them together creating a kind of half star. You can follow the sep by step tutorial in my video.

I decorated the front of the card manly using Layered Chipboards from the collection. These are perfect to give dimension without struggling on what put where. I also added a few crystal hearts just because are gorgeous.

As I mentioned before, the little teepees hold a treat inside. The cavity created by the teepee is perfect to hold a Valentine's gift for friends. For my teepee treat, I chose a transparent bag with M&M's inside. To keep the treat bag in place on the card, I used a sticky dots and washi tape.
Last, I stamped a little message on a piece of white card-stock using the coordinated Count The Ways stamps and voilĂ !

BoBunny DIY Phrase Cards with Elena

Hello BoBunny Friends, Elena is here to show you some inspiration with the Boxed cards

I love creating cards and to fill them with the details. The boxed cards have ready to use background and all you need is to add the embellishments, stamping or something that you like.

Actually I do not use often alphas and letters in my projects, so this time I decided to make a try.

I combined using the punch board to create my alphas as well as the dies.
I started with die cutting from the card the word - Happy and wanted to add the words as - Birthday or something like that , but for this particular card I played mostly with the silhouette.

Then I added the silhouette on the inside part of the same word and the result is just great

For my 2 next cards I used the punch board and Lace Dot and Polka Dot papers

I also added a few embellishments from Noteworthy and Layered chipboard

and finished everything with the Jewels.

BoBunny Boxed Cards Project Inspiration

Hey BoBunny friends!
Angela here. Do you know what Boxed Cards are? It is a box that contains forty pre-cut cards and envelopes. BoBunny has recently included this new item for some of its collections and I am so happy to play with it today.

The Boxed Cards collection I used for my project is the romantic and floral Harmony.
Of course, I made a bunch of cards but before that, I started decorating the envelops that come in the box!

I had this idea in mind for a while. I used the envelope Stamps from Boulevard collection to decorate the white envelops. I tried several colors of embossing powders and gold is definitely my preferred.

Then, I started decorating the cards. The process is really fast and the possibilities are endless.
I mainly used Harmony die-cuts, from Noteworthy pack and Chipboards. In the card below, I used the foam Alphabet from Harmony collection for the sentiment, plus a Foil Transfer word on a banner. I added a few flowers and a couple of white Double Dot Jewels as a finishing touch.

On my second card again, I used a Foil Transfer sentiment on a vellum banner. The focus of the card here, is a couple fo flying birds, one is a die-cut and the other, the smaller one is cut out from In The Air paper.

The same scheme follows the other cards, just a few embellishments, a sentiment and the cards are ready to be sent.

Can you believe this card is made with just 4 elements? A piece of vellum, a few pink Jewels, a big floral die-cut and a Layered chipboard!

Boxed_Cards_Harmony_Angela_Oct1_07.jpg

This is the card I prefer. It is fun and colorful. I adhered a Double Dot Jewel for each dot of the paper. Isn't it cute?

VoilĂ , all the cards together!

Anniversary Boulevard Cards with Elena

Hello BoBunny Friends, it's Elena here with you today to share some inspiration with the brand new Boulevard collection

I love this classy and summer colors the collection has and decided to create the cards that can be given for any anniversary occasion.

As I've used to make fussy cutting for my every project, so I always start with it. I fussy cut a few flowers and combined them with larger flowers from  Noteworthy pack.

I also cut out the vintage cards and made the layers with them on the card.

To make my cards to look more festive I used the layered chipboard that has the glitter and jewels, and also added the stripes of jewels too.

While playing with the stripes on the floral background I've decided to add the washi tape and since the coordinating washi tape package contains a mix of florals  as well as glittered and metallic washi tapes.

For the anniversary focus I added the golden numbers from Thickers pack

I love their dimensional look and texture

For one of my sentiment I used the square shape quote from the Stickers pack and added the brad.

Hope you have liked my cards and you will try this gorgeous collection  for your projects too.
