Today's post is brought to you by the letter "H"
And can you believe
out of all of our paper lines
we don't have a single one that starts with H?!?!
So we'll have to go a different route.
How about the HISTORY of BoBunny.
Here we go!
The story of BoBunny Press begins with a young girl by the name of Jan Lanoy.
After being raised in the Ozark area of Arkansas, Jan headed west to study art in college.
In 1974, she married Don and packed away her paint box while she raised three sons.
As the family moved from Arkansas to Texas to Taiwan and then to Utah,
Jan satisfied her creative side by restoring houses.
Her children claim she can do anything with a power drill and a hammer!
That old paint box wasn’t reopened until 1996 when,
at the urging of her sister, Jan started designing scrapbook papers.
She still vividly remembers standing outside the local store in Layton,
Utah with her first two designs in her hands. Now, thirteen years later,
BoBunny Press is an industry leader with its innovative paper and embellishment lines.
From 2 designs in a single store, BoBunny Press products can now be found in over 16 countries
around the world and first appeared in the United Kingdom in 2000.
Long a favorite of card makers and scrapbookers, BoBunny papers, stickers, chipboard albums,
clear acrylic albums, brads, cut-outs, ribbons, and class kits are always hot topic on
consumer message boards. Each item still has Jan’s personal attention to detail and
color assuring beautiful, high quality product. Whether your taste is whimsical, elegant,
classic or playful, BoBunny Press has the perfect designs.
That’s why we say that BoBunny Press is our gift of love from BoBunny to you!
Here's a fun picture of Jan and the first three BoBunny's
