Today we have a layout made by Mahlin Wiggur.
I love that she used the Ocean Vintage Double Dot,
It makes her layout POP!!
SPEED
Mahlin Wiggur
The quote on the layout translate to:
" As long as
you have your training wheels you fly away with such speed. "
Designer tip:
"I like edge distressing and layering my papers and I don´t worry especially if
I get the paper torn.
I just make it a part of the distressing. I also like to
fold and crumple the edges a bit extra for
that little extra dimension.
I use both mist
(which i splash onto my layout with the nozzle, tapping it firmly) and gesso. A
great thing is that you can distress your gesso by wiping it carefully with a
baby wipe."
Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Stripe, Dot, Bounty, Afternoon/Apple Cider
Double Dot Paper: Ocean Vintage
Petals: Apple Cider
Trinkets: Apple Cider
Jewels: Apple Cider
Combo Sticker: Little Miss

in an art journal, but haven't used it on a layout yet. I think Mahlin has
inspired me to try it... How about you guys?
