A Famers Market Fine Arts Friday!

Hey there Peeps and Happy Friday!  I'm excited to share with you my first Fine Art Project created for BoBunny.   I was so inspired by all the lovely mixed media supplies and patterned papers from Farmers Market.  I begged to use a picture my Son and his fiancé  took last week while picking apples and it just seemed like a match made in heaven.

To create the background I added a light wash of watered down Gesso to the Farm Fresh patterned paper. Once it dried I cut it into strips and then into smaller squares. Using gel medium I adhered all the pieces down being careful to arrange them in a random pattern. After I had all the background attached I gave it a coat of Brilliant Blue Pearlescents with the ol finger brush smooshing it around and getting it into all the uneven surfaces.  After allowing it to dry I gave it a spray with Frost and Bronze Glimmer spray.  Additional detail comes from some texture paste and the Brocade Stickable Stencil and the feather created with the Whimsy Stickable Stencil and Frost Glitter Paste.

Inking the edges helps give a defined border and stamping some images from the Rough-It-Up stamp and permanent ink anchors the die cuts and image. These flowers were created with the Farm Fresh paper and treated with the same mixed media supplies, layered with alternate sizes and topped off with blingy accents.

I cut some sweet doilies with the Ornate Doilies Die and added patterned paper and the picture of the kiddos.  A little lace softens the arrangement as does the cheesecloth and loopy twine bow.  I used the same mixed media supplies to alter the Family chippie and secured it to the arrangement.  Last but not least a few sprinkles of Glimmer Spray watered down and flicked on with a paintbrush.

Farmers Market Mixed Media Layout

Hello BoBunny Friends! It's Shizuka here today and to share with you my mixed media layout from"Farmers Market" collection.

 First, I have pasted a paper with other tore the paper backing to random. Then, I cover the paper with gesso. In addition, I put on the texture by using a stickable stencil and gesso.  And I added the color using the gold glimmer mist. And  then I cut out a pattern from the pattern paper, stacked it upup such as a chip board.

I have cut the paper using the craft die.  But, I used many sheets of paper, I then stuck all the papers on top six of the things that was cut in the same way.  This increased the thickness so it looks like a chipboard.

It is very fun to stack paper or embellishments. Finally, I was finished with a glamorous coating of the glitter paste with my fingers and I added smattering the gold of the mist.

Gold foil vellum paper is very gorgeous. In addition it has piled up chip board to the layered chip board.

Autumn Memories Frame!

Hello and welcome back on the BoBunny blog! Today I propose you a "technique" project! I created a frame with the weaving technique.

Fall Memories Frame

Two sheets of paper, if well woven, can become much more!

The powder blue of autumn sky and the roughness of canvas in contrast to cherish a sweet memory! The memory of a holiday in Venice, place of art and culture, good food and great wine!

Happiness, autumn and wine are the protagonists of this creation! Concepts enhanced by BoBunny embellishments, which highlight the warmth of the colors of this impressive season.

The smell of the wine echoes through the caps that I have chosen to adorn the frame, golden Venetian sunsets in copper embellishments, many moments of carefree happiness of the holiday are in the
folds of this weaving.

A memory can be enhanched by a frame, especially if created with BoBunny! Happy memories to all!

A Harvest Misc Me Monday!

Hello BoBunny Friends! It's Ayumi here and today, I would like to share the cute "Farmers Market " collection with you.

Page is very cute and has the die-cut.

 I paste the chip board on top of the protector. It adds a three-dimensional feeling to the MISC ME!

  The back side of the page also has put a chip board on top of the protector in the same way.

The leaves die was also used. It is the perfect die in autumn.

Sunday Harvest Treasures!

Hi there! Ulrika here today to bring you some freshly picked apples from my garden!

I altered a wooden tray with these gorgeous papers and embellishments from the Farmers Market collection.

I matted the paper pieces with Double Dot Vintage papers in coordinating colors.

Perfect to combine BoBunny pre-made blossoms with leaves made with dies and some Farmers Market paper.

Well ok, it's not peaches in there, but you have to pretend!

I think that border die cut fitted perfectly behind the papers and embellishments.

And you know what?! I actually made that apple sauce in the jar there, myself. It looks kind of dark in the picture but I guess it's just bad lighting cause it's really golden! :-)

Lovely Autumn Layout!

"Autumn is Here" Scrapbook Page by Rhonda Van Ginkel

Greetings, I am very pleased to share my project with you today featuring the brand new "Farmer's Market" collection. It has such rich textures and colors perfect for your fall memories.

I started with my favorite leaf patterned paper in the collection, trimmed to 9x9, then used a corner punch to soften the layer. Next, I used the Falling Leaves Stickable Stencil and applied a blend of Silver and Gold Glitter Paste to blend into the paper design. It adds a pretty shimmer and a very nice touch of texture.

I selected the "Cornucopia" paper for the next layer and trimmed to 10.25" square, then punched a decorative edge around it. These layers were stitched together and then anchored to the background "Harvest" paper in an offset arrangement.

Once I had my layers assembled, I used my "Distressed Textures" stamp on the bottom left corner and then the "It Is Written" stamp to the right of the photo collage. 

Recently I received some of our new release dies and I've been so excited to use them! I cut several of the Fanciful flourish shapes from the "Bountiful" paper from the 6x6 Paper Pad which has a burlap appearance. 

The Perfect Petals dies made quick work of creating a beautiful bloom. I cut my layers, added a slight touch of Gold Glimmer Spray using a paintbrush for some sheen, allowed to dry a bit and then shaped the petals. A layered Chipboard accent was added to the center for the perfect finishing touch.

You may notice my photo has a second dimensional layer to it. I printed the photo a second time and then cut the silhouette of my boys out and adhered directly on top with foam tape. It gives the photo a bit of extra depth.

Golden Autumn With Farmers Market!

Hello and welcome to BoBunny blog!

Today I want to celebrate the fall, it is coming! I want to give it a precious welcome!

Autumn is my favorite season, the warm colors, the shades of gold, make this period full of magic and intense atmosphere!

I enjoyed creating two jewel cards; for my "Fall in Gold Cards" I used the technique of quilling, ancient and precious, just like autumn!

Let's see what I've done!

For my first card I created a square card by choosing an autumn fantasy among the wonderful Scrapbook Paper Farmers Market Collection, with another decorated paper I created a mask for my card.

Using the pattern of the paper, I created a flower template, then I traced the pattern on the front of my card and on my mask and I cut out the silhouette.

 I decorated the card with Autumn Delight Stickable Stencil and Glitter Paste Gold and also with Glimmer Spray Gold. With another paper I cut strips of paper. I shaped the strips of paper with the quilling technique reproducing the silhouette of the flower in the center of the card.

In the center of the flower I put a button embellished with Chipboard Button and strass.

I pasted the flower on the inside page in the middle of the card and  I embellished the petals with Gold Glitter Paste.

I decorated and embellished the inside page of the card with Gold Pearlescent and Double Dot Citrus and Mocha Jewels. I also used some leaves of Noteworthy to outline the flower

My second Card is rectangular. I used the same materials, but I have assembled them in a different way. I used even more glitter paste to do even more golden for my fall!

With gold glitter paste I surrounded all the leaf borders and with the Stickable Stencil Autumn Delight I embellished the paper.

The card closes with the leaves coming out from the inside page.
