Stamping and 3 Dimensional Layering

Hi everyone, I think at sometime or another we have all had fun with stamping, and of course me being a 3 Dimensional scrapper, love to experiment with stamps and how I can incorporate them into my layouts and cards.

Here is a layout that I have created using the gorgeous Love Bandit Collection, which as you can see this Collection is just way too cute !! and the stamps that I have used for this project is the "Love Bandit" Clear stamp and the "Persuasion" Clear Stamp, they are all so gorgeous and so easy to use, and really easy to clean, which is a bonus. To create the above frame I have used the clear frame stamp from the "Persuasion" collection. For my project I needed 1 frame in red, and 2 frames in the blue. As you can see by the below photo all I did was stamp onto the pattern paper, and then cut each frame out and then I added them to my the layout in 2 different ways the first as a frame and the second as a background. To create the frame in the below photo, I cut out the middle of the frame, and to give it dimension I added foam tape to the back of the frame before sticking it to my layout. I then created embellishments inside the frame with the "Love Bandit" pattern paper and flowers, you could also add photos etc., and I also added the very cute sparkle brads.
And with the other blue frame I made it into a background by cutting around the frame and sticking it to the layout with double sided tape, and then added my stickers and embellishments. I love using stamping to create different elements on my layout, there are so many options. To create these cute little birds, I used the "Love Bandit" clear stamps.I stamped each bird out 3 times onto different pattern paper, and then cut the birds out.
As I layered each bird with foam tape, I cut pieces off the birds to give them dimension and so you could see the different pattern paper used in each layer. I also added a flower under each birds head to give the feel of cute little feathers. A closer look at the detail in the bird.

Well that is it, just a couple of easy steps to create layering on your layouts, and to give your layout something a little different.

Have a lovely day.
