Hi Everyone!
It's Angela here today to share with you my new mini album made using the awesome MiscMe Journal Cards of Life in Color Collection.
I have many photos to show you, so let's start immediately! As you can see from the cover, it's a Boy album, about my son Filippo who is in love with Lego. So, I've thought, why not to try making a Lego cover?
I stole a few bricks from Filippo's basket (don't tell him, please) and I put together the word BOY as title of the mini album. Then, I covered all the bricks and the cardboard cover using Wax Paste by Pentart, it gives a fantastic shiny Silver effect!
If you have sons like me, Life in Color is the collection for you.
These are the inner pages which are made using the MiscMe Journal Cards.
They have wonderful mixed media designs, perfect for use as backgrounds.
I used some of them to mat the photos, too.
Some Cards have beautiful quotes, like the one I've used above.
In some of the other misc me cards, I've written my journaling.
The one below is a big Card, 6x8 inches, folded in the middle to hold a photo.
This is another page, made out of a 6x6 paper, actually a leftover piece.
I punched some letters for a previous project and I thought to use it as inner page of the mini
The last page is about my sleeping son.
I hope you like my mini album and thanks for stopping by.
Have a great day.
Love,
Angela

I love mini albums, and this one is just perfect! That Lego cover is terrific, and I like how you made such creative use of the different pages and cards. Like the typewriter paper - I would probably not use it because I'd cut parts out, but it's actually more striking that way!
