Using Circles: Beautifully Brisk ATC Coins with Denise

Hello Everyone!

It's Denise here today, using the gorgeous Beautifully Brisk collection, with some rustic ATC coins and a Happy Day card that I made.

I made my first ATC coins a few weeks back and I thoroughly enjoyed making them and so I wanted to have a go with this beautiful collection and also go with a rustic twist.
I recycled the BoBunny packaging box and used this for the base of my coins, which added to the rustic feel of them.

I used BoBunny stencils, gesso, inks and paints to create the background and then added noteworthy and fussy cut bits and a handmade flower, from BoBunny cardstock.
Coin 1 - I am so grateful for this beautiful life and for the beautiful rain that was falling outside, as I was making this coin.

The second coin I went with a deep red and pulled off some of the covering on the cardboard, to reveal the ruts and texture. On this coin I added a laser cut chipboard piece.
Coin 2 - The colors of fall are just fabulous and the deep red is one of my favorite colors.

I love the rusty color of this 3rd coin and again added a laser cut chipboard piece, which had a face clock in it.
Coin 3 - I am thankful for many blessings and mercies and that I have time to create, play and scrap.

The last coin has a mixed colouring and has all the earthy colours of Fall. Again, I used fussy cut bits and noteworthy pieces and a handmade flower.
Coin 4 - I give thanks for my health, my family, my friends and my work. I am thankful for every new day and the many blessings that come my way!

I also created a general card with Beautifully Brisk.  I always have general cards on hand and they are good to use for any occasion.

I  used a doily die-cut and created a shaker card.  This is the first time ever that I had created one. I used the little bits that came out of the die-cut and then added some gold and orange sequins.

Thanks ever so much for stopping by the BoBunny blog today. I hope that you were inspired and might try to create some ATC coins and a shaker card.

Be grateful, blessed, thankful and abundant today!
Cheers for now.

  1. Lovely little works of art. These coins have really taken off, everyone, except myself, has been making them. If I had to choose a favourite, it would be the red one. :) I love them all tho'. thanks for sharing Denise.

  4. I understand these itty bitty coins are all the rage now and you've created them beautifully. Not for the likes of me though, I'm not neat enough. Especially love the deep red one.
