Its the first week of the month so that means a new sketch challenge! This months sketch will challenge you to think outside the square, but isn't that the whole point of a challenge? ;)
There is a lot to take in so I decided I wanted to simplify the design but still keep the elements, so I kept the base page and then the smaller square, but after that I just went with the section across the middle of the page.
My photo is layered on top of chipboard and the 'create' postage stamp has been tucked underneath, elevated on a thinner piece of chipboard - this gives the illusion of multiple layers. The snowflake has also been layered with foam dots.
Some of my snowflakes have been fussy cut. This chipboard one has been embossed white and then gold glitter paste dabbled over the top.
Remember, this is all about your interpretation of the sketch so as long as it resembles the original you are good to go! :) Good Luck!
