Focus on:

Have you ever looked at a digital layout and thought, Wow! I'd love to get that look on a real paper layout?   Rub-on's are a great way to achieve that wonderful layered look!  They can be so versatile for use on your layouts, cards and altered projects.  They allow you to layer an image over several layers of your work from paper to photo, even on ribbon!  They also allow you to add text directly on your photos and paper projects.  Here are some wonderful projects designed by some of our talented Bo Bunny design team girls to show some amazing ways rub-on's can be used.

"Thomas Event"
by Mireille Divjak

Designer Notes:  I wanted to keep the focus on the large picture. Framed it with punched patterned paper (liberty stripe) on red paper ( liberty freedom)
I hand stitched little crosses and used some faux stitches. For the rest it's all about the rubons .

Supplies:
Bo Bunny liberty line
paper: liberty Freedom and liberty stripe

"Photo Cube"
by Samantha Wright

I transfered the rub on onto a piece of plain white ribbon
I created a border around the photo and added arub on to the flower to add detail
In this last pic I used the rub ons straight on to the photo. I used the word from an old range of Bo Bunny rub ons.

"Collector's/Treasure Box"
by Carin McDonough

Designer Note: I decided to do something a little bit different so I decorated a little wooden box for my son who is forever collecting little 'treasures' everywhere.  Rub-ons are really versatile and can be used on a variety of surfaces so don't be afraid to experiment with them!
