Thursday Thoughts

"Parents hold their children's hands for a little while, their hearts ... forever."- unknown
This quote got me to thinking how many of us value our parents and their unconditional love for us. This is the time of year when we celebrate our parents and what they mean to us.

Mothers Day was just a few weeks ago and with that thought in mind:-

Irene Tan created this GORGEOUS wall hanging : Life is Good

Supplies used: Vicki B: flowers, rubons, dimensional stickers, clear stamp, petals, trinkets, chipboard, Mom knows best CS stickers and double dot ribbon

The other projects for today, are especially created for Fathers Day which will be celebrated on 19 June. Have you started your cards yet? If not, here are a few cards to inspire you

Christiane Muller says she created this Fathers Day card in a matter of minutes. Isn't it striking?

Supplies used: Liberty: 6" paper pad, cutouts and layered chipboard

Happy Fathers Day, created by Jolanda Meurs. She used the timeless "Timepiece" range for her wonderful cards

Supplies used: Timepiece: buttons, layered chipboard, trinkets, jewels, card kit and Chocolate dot double dot

Agnieska Piskorz used Liberty for her card. Notice how she used the twine and the chipboard button to add interest and dimension

Supplies used: Liberty:stripe, combo stickers, layered chipboard, dimensional stickers, rubons and noteworthy

For my card, I chose to use Cambridge. I thought the cardstock stickers clearly shared my thoughts about my Dad

Supplies used: Cambridge:stripe, noteworthy, Strength & honor CS stickers, iCandy dimensional stickers, 12" combo stickers, Bling and Harvest dot Double dot

Until tomorrow.... Thanks for stopping by.....

  6. Love the Timepiece collection, my favorite collection from BoBunny thus far! Im almost done completing a mini album with it, its so beautiful and working with it is a blast. I love that you can create your own embellies by simply cutting out the clocks on the paper. Fab! Love these Fathers Day projects too, its so masculine and versitile!
