Welcome Chico Scrapbooks!!

Hello All! Today we want to welcome and introduce Chico Scrapbooks!

Facebook
Website: - (just launched but still under construction)
Pinterest: ChicoScrapbooks
Etsy: ChicoScrapbooks

Chico Scrapbooks is just over a year old.  We feel blessed to be in the beautiful and artsy college town Chico, located in northern California.

Most of our customers are already like old dear friends.  After running a boutique wedding and portrait studio for nearly ten years, we were ready for a change. We moved to a larger retail space in a major shopping center, and made plans to attend our fist CHA show!

It was inspiring to say the least. We have grown by leaps and bounds in our first year and have big plans for future growth.

Customers come from several surrounding cities to shop from our extensive selection.

Of course we LOVE BoBunny and have a large section of our store devoted to all the latest collections. We carry all of the most popular brands, in a store just under 2000 square feet.

We are a family business and treat our visitors like family as well. Everyone is treated warmly and encouraged to share their creativity.

In our crop room we have spacious industrial metal tables and super comfy large padded chairs on wheels, so we can spoil our croppers. We also have access to a nearby space where we hold extra large events.

We have a large Facebook following and enjoy being able to share projects, upcoming classes, and our new collections. We especially enjoy chatting with paper crafters from all areas online.

We are finding a large group of our customers are falling in love with mixed media and altered art and have been exploring those areas with Art Journal classes.
We also offer card classes, layouts classes, mini-books and kits which we hope to soon be able to make available through our brand new website: www.ChicoScrapbooks.com.
We hold weekly classes and have some pretty awesome teachers some local and some rock stars including Jamie Severtson Dougherty from Prima, for our grand opening in 2012, and most recently, Jim Hankins, The Gentleman Crafter for our first of many to come 3-Day National Scrapbook Weekend Celebration Crops.

We can't wait to see what lies ahead in the industry.  Whatever the future holds, we are certain Bobunny will be there and we appreciate so much the opportunity to be featured on the blog. Thanks again and we look forward to meeting a new friend!

Thanks Jodi!! We love to see pictures and learn more about your store!! Make sure you check out their website and Facebook!!

Have a great day everybody!

  1. Chico Scrapbooks, WOW!
Are you sure you wouldn't like to transfer to South Florida. Miami-Dade County could sure use a full-service shop like yours.

    Best wishes for continued success.
