Hello Everyone
It's Denise here today to share a mixed media, technique rich layout, using BoBunny Game On and Pentart Rust Products.
I started off by sticking down the chipboard pieces and then adding some white gesso, through a stickable stencil.
I then watered down some all purpose ink and added this, along with spritzed water, all over the stenciled gesso.
Next I took transparent gel medium and added it with a paint brush to the page, in the areas I wanted the rust effects. I then sprinkled the rust effect powder, over the gel medium. I turned the page over and removed the excess powder.
I then added the rust reagents to get the "rusting" going. I used little drops of all the colours.
I let this all dry and allowed the rust reagents to develop.
Lastly I added the photo and the various layers of cog die-cuts and cog stamping.
The rust effect turned out brilliantly and was so much fun to play and experiment with.
The rust effects were so perfect for this grungy boy page.
Thanks ever so much for stopping by the BoBunny blog today. We really hope that you will play with the Pentart Rust products. They really are fabulous.
Have a fabulous day!
Denise x
