Cards: Three Creative Cards with Ayumi

Hello Bo Bunny Fans!

Ayumi here to share 3 Creative Cards with you. I made these using the beautiful "Land of Wonder" collection.

The first card used a lot of butterflies.
This butterfly is in "Land Of Wonder Noteworthy".

Glue the center of the butterfly and float the feathers.
Putting "Land of Wonder Brads" or "Jewels" in the center of butterfly makes it gorgeous.

The second card was made luxuriously using "Layered chipboard" and "ADHESIVE JEWEL SWIRLS GLAZE".

And here is the last card!

I cut out various patterns from patterned paper to make it lively.
And I also used the DOILIES and stamp

Thanks for stopping by and see you next time for more fun ideas, techniques and creative inspiration!
Enjoy your happy day!

Beautifully Brisk Cards with Angela

Hello my dear crafty friends! Angela back with you today with a new project featuring this week theme: Cards! My preferred patterns are leaves, in any shape or color. Beautifully Brisk is a Fall collection and has a lot of leaves. So I decided to use leaves as star of the show in my card.

Beautifully_Brisk_Cards_Angela_Oct_02.jpg
I started fussy cutting the white leaves from the paper called exactly Leaves and set them aside. Then, with the help of a circle die, I traced a circle on a piece of vellum using an embossing pen and I heat-embossed the circle with white embossing powder.  I stamped a few leaves from Perfect Petals Stamp set and heat-embossed the same way.

I took the yellow leaves and arranged them around the circle using foam dots to give dimension. In the middle of the circle I placed the sticker 'I love Fall most of all'.
As a base of my card, I prepared a piece of white cardstock and I created my own background with stencils, random stamps and a few spurts of Gold Glimmer Spray. Then, I adhered the circle whreat of leaves in the center of the card. Last, I added a few dots of  Pearlescents here and there.

At the bottom of the page you can find the process video for this card but before, I would like to show you another card, simple and very quick to make.

Beautifully_Brisk_Cards_Angela_Oct_05.jpg

First, I prepared the card base with the left-over paper of the previous card. I adhered on it an open envelop that holds the sentiment, a poem by Jon Bishop. The inside of the envelop is embellished with a gold lining and wrapped with a gold twine. Last, I added a few embellishments made of brads and leaves. VoilĂ , the second card is done!

Here are the two cards together and I hope you enjoy them.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Cards: Beautifully Brisk Fall Cards with Marilyn

Hello everyone! Marilyn here with you today to share a couple of cards that I created using the Beautifully Brisk collection.

I love the colors of this collection and made layers using different pattern papers. I cut these cards 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches.

My inspiration for this card was the fall in love sentiment so I traced and cut a heart on the blue paper. I distressed with the scissor all the edges to achieve the vintage look.

I cut out a few leaves from the papers and adhered them with foam dot to add dimension. I added some jewels, hearts and piece of cheesecloth to give the textures.

I used the heart that I cut from the previous card as my focal point. I distressed all the edges with the scissor and  adhered in both corners some leaves, images and die cut pieces with foam dot.

I adhered the layered chipboard over the heart, it gives a nice dimension and isn't too bulky. I added some jewels in both corners to create a balance in the card.
It is always easy to create using the different embellishments from each collection. I used the chipboards, jewels, die cuts and brads.

I hope these card inspire you today! Thanks for stopping by...until next time!!xxx

Cards: Fall Cards with Ginny

Hello friends and BoBunny fans! Ginny here to share a some fall inspiration. Here in mid Michigan we are seeing the temps drop and the leaves changing to their autumnal glory. Now if only that didn't mean winter was getting closer lol.

I love the warm rich colors of this collection. It's just so cozy!!!!

I had myself a good ol time creating flowers from the patterned papers. I know they coordinate perfectly and I can make as many of each size as I like. And I like a lot!!! You can use any type of flowers die you have on hand for this or simply draw out a template and trace around and cut them out by hand. Adding  double layer of die cuts helps to anchor the sentiment and break up the busy paper patterns.

I used a combination of the brads from the collection and Double Dot Jewels to finish the inside of the flowers. Adding a bit of twine in the form of loopy bows fills in the arrangement and softens the corners.

I always like to balance a larger arrangement with a smaller one on the opposite corner. This gives me the opportunity to include additional elements like the Layered Chipboard Stickers and Noteworthy die cuts.

Once I had the collection on my desk there was no stopping me and I created another card.  There's a big bold sentiment created with the Thickers spelling out the season.

I really layered on the elements here including the Combo Stickers, Layered Chipboard, and Noteworthy Diecuts.  A sweet and simple doily cut in crisp white is the perfect finishing touch.

Wishing everyone a happy and productive day : ) Ginny
