Kiss the Cook and Pentart Glow Paints

Hello everyone! It's Marilyn here with you today to share a mixed media layout using the Pentart Glow Paints and the Kiss The Cook collection.

"I Love Apples"- Layout

My base paper is the Kiss The Cook -Baked Fresh  paper. To create a contrast I tore a piece of the "A La Mode" paper that has a beautiful orange red plaid colors. Then I mixed a little of the Dekor Paint Soft- White color with water and made the paint splatters over the papers, giving it a gentle whitewashed look.

I stamped the flowers and leaves with the Perfect Petal stamp. The big red flowers were stamped in the Kiss The Cook Cinnamon paper and the small yellow flowers in the Pantry paper.  I chose the Delicious paper to stamp the leaves.  Then I painted the red flowers with the Pentart Glass Paint- Red color and added a orange pearl in the center from the Double Dot Citrus Jewel.

I added textures using the Autumn Delight Stickable Stencil with the Pentart Green Glow Paint and made all the textured leaves in the background.  I also took a bottle cap that I put over the glow paint to make all the circles . They look fantastic in the dark!

I cut out the apple and the title from one of the cards in the Pantry paper then I added a heart that I painted with the Pentart Red Glass Paint. it gives a very nice glossy finish and sets off the smaller elements like this.
\
Finally, I added  pearls from the Citrus Jewels and a few 3D balls and 3D powder that I painted with  Pentart Glass Paint in Red

I hope you find some inspirations!!  Thanks for stopping by...until next time!

Kiss the Cook and Pentart Chalkboard Paint with Kathi

Kathi here today to share with you my altered project, "Kiss the Cook Message Board".   I'm excited to use this in my own kitchen for messages, recipes, grocery lists or just doodles while I sit at the table chatting on the phone.

The first thing I did was sand the board and take out the center panel, Once the center panel was removed and sanded I painted it with Pentart White Gesso then painted over the Gesso with Pentart Chalkboard Paint in Green

I created the banner using the Kiss the Cook combo sticker page, which reads "Lets Eat".   Around the arch of the board I placed the letter stickers to read KITCHEN. I painted the frame with Pentart Dekor Paint in White.

I then embellished  the bottom of the board with the ticket stickers and cut out from the paper line along with red and yellow blossoms

Kiss the Cook and Pentart Glow Paint with Ayumi

Hello Bo Bunny Friends, It's Ayumi here
and today I'm going to share with you all a colorful mixed media jar I created featuring BoBunny's
Kiss The Cook collection.

Apples Jar by Ayumi Iwashita

First, I painted the glass jar with Pentart Glow Paint in Light Blue. In bright light, it's very subtle and  it is a color close to white.

Next, I pasted linen cloth and paper and created a few well placed stars with glitter paste and stickable stencils.

I  will put a variety of decorations on this piece, once it's completely dry.

I also used Pentart Glow Paint in Lime.

This is such a fun effect! Glow paint will also show glow in the dark !

 Very fantastic!

Thanks for joining me today. Have a fabulous day!

I then added some Mint Spray and extra water to create a background

I then added glow in the dark paint splatters all around the edges of the layout

Here is my Kiss the Cook layout of my happy toothless boy. I hope this has inspired you to have a play with this gorgeous collection.

Kiss the Cook and Pentart Glow in the Dark Paint with Katherine

Treat Containers Party boxes by Katherine Sutton using BoBunny Kiss the Cook Collection

Firstly I want to wish everyone a Happy Christmas from all of us, and wanted to share some different treat containers that you could make as gifts for people in this festive period or use as table decorations yourself.

To start with the central box I took a piece of 12" Double dot Chocolate, and scored it at 4" and 8" on the top and side.  Then I scored the diagonals so they went to the central square (not all the way across).  Once this was done I decorated the 4" square sections with the Kiss the Cook papers.  The backing sheet was from A La Mode, and then I die cut some of the star paper from the 6"' pad using the Portrait Frames die.  I then added a mixture of some of the vellum and also some of the 2" squares from the Kiss the Cook papers as well as some Noteworthy from this collection, finishing it off with some Butterscotch Pearlescent drops and some flowers using the Perfect Petals dies with Licorice glitter paste in the middle.  After the decoration you punch a hole in each corner, and I used some twine to pull the sides all together to make the 4 sectioned gift/party box.

Here is the design flat so you can see the score marks and the decorations.

You can see some of the decoration using the beautiful gold foiled vellum and also some of the mocha jewels.

There are some super origami boxes you can make, and I've made origami star lanterns which you can also use as little boxes.  The two smaller ones are using the 6x6 Kiss the Cook pad, and the large one is from a 12x12 sheet of A La Mode.  I added some of the Pentart Glow in the Dark Paint in Light Green on the points on the little stars, and then some dots on the larger stars which makes them light up when the lights are low in the evening.

You can fit a few treats in these mini containers.

Finally I used some jam jars, which again could be filled with treats and I made some gift tags using a mix of papers and some more flowers, I also added some dots of the pink, light green and lilac glow paints to them so you get a really pretty glow at night.

BoBunny and 3L Blog Hop with Ginny and Emilia

Check out what 3L is doing today for Day 2 of our Blog Hop: https://www.scrapbook-adhesives.com/blog/2016/12/13/2016-blog-hop-with-bo-bunny-day-2/

GIVEAWAY!! Be sure to leave a comment on this post for a chance to win one of three $25 prizes. Winners announced the week of December 19-23, 2016.  Good Luck!

Hey there Peeps! Ginny here and I'm excited to be sharing my project for the BoBunny - 3L Blog Hop.  I chose to create a cover for my weekly menu planner . With a busy household and active kiddos we really need to plan our dinners ahead to avoid chaos and too much going out for meals. I found this awesome tablet with a week on each page so I can get the schedule down before I shop.

I love these retro inspired colors and patterns. This is the planner all closed up. It will also be a nice décor piece for my kitchen displayed on a shelf.

Lot's of  paper patterns here all piled up in one big happy arrangement topped off with a little dimensional banner and layered chipboard sticker.

The inside is finished with the coordinating papers. You can see how easily I can just jot in the meals for each day.

All the extra layers help to give sturdiness to this cover. I also added a sheet of 110 lb cardstock on the back before covering with the polka dots. The tablet is held in with 2 large paper clips on the back so I can swap it out for a new one when this ones used up.

Creating the banner was easy and fun. I used more of the 100 lb cardstock to adhere the banner shapes from the sticker sheet then cut them all out.

I used my Cropodile to punch tiny holes.

To give the banner dimension and to adhere it to the cover I used the 3L 3D Foam Spacers. Love these! This package has 2 sheets with big and little spacers so I didn't have to clip them to fit, Yay!!!

Hello everybody!

Emmy here sharing my project featuring. BoBunny Felicity collection and some of my favorite 3L adhesives.

To create this layout I used pattern papers, stickers and layered chipboard from BoBunny's Felcity collection.

I altered the background paper using a stickable stencil and silver glitter paste.

Then, I fussy cut the flowers and the cute parasols from different pattern papers and from the 6x6 Paper Pad matching the collection.

As a final touch I added glitter paste on some of the blossoms and rhinestones.

The gorgeous 3D effect on my page is all because of the fantastic 3D foam products from 3L Adhesives, making everything really POP!
