Zip-A-Dee-Doodle Layouts

We are finishing up our week of Zip-A-Dee-Doodle projects with some amazing layouts by Agnieszka and Ulrika! Hopefully you have enjoyed the inspiration we have shared with you this week!

This is a very special collection. Let's start from the name Zip-a-dee-doodle! Then we have all strong and interesting graphics. Some people love it some are afraid to create with it. My advice? Try to keep your style with different collections. I kept 3 main colors on my layout: black, white and blue.
Working with gesso and stencils gave my page softer, more delicate look, fussy cutting and stitching  more personal touch.
I think a black and white photo was the best option for it, what do you think?

Lukas - Reach For the Stars by Ulrika Wandler

I just love the Zip A Dee Doodle! It goes perfect together with pictures of my two boys! I choose a simple design on this layout with this perfect background paper which already has this cool pattern!

I stamped with a "bubble wrap" stamp (BoBunny of course) behind the papers and picture.
The centres of the flowers are made of pieces of cardstock on which I added some 3D glaze to make them shiny and a bit 3 dimensional.
