Once Upon A Lifetime - All Occasion Vintage Card Duo with Ulrika

Hi! Ulrika here today to show you this set of two cards I made up with one of the newest BoBunny Collections.  This one is a new fave!  I loved working with the new Once Upon A Lifetime collection. This line has real heritage vintage feeling about it.

The color scheme in these papers are gorgeous! The grey-blue is so cool!

On the blue card with the crown detail on front titled  "Grattis", I cut some flowers with BoBunny craft dies, and curled up the edges for a visual texture trick.  Then, I placed some contrasting Double Dot Jewels in the center of each flower to make them pop. Add in some strategic inking to the edges of some of the elements, for contrast.

One of the prettiest embellishments, and a personal favorite for me is the layered chipboard elements. These add such a lovely delicateness and splashes of coordinating colors.

Handmade Cards featuring Summer Mood with Ulrika

Hello Friends!  It's Ulrika here today!  I'm so happy to back with you again today with my next featured project! I have showcased a couple of cute ideas for brightly colored cards with a really "summery" vibe!  I made these using the colorful Summer Mood collection.

By attaching the clouds and the diecut doily on foam dots they pop from the card!

I love the turqoise and pink together!

With stickers from the Summer Mood sticker sheet I'm adding the final touch on this card:

Handmade Cards! Featuring Stay Awhile and BoBunny Craft Essentials Dies - with Ulrika

Hello Everyone!  Welcome back today to the BoBunny blog! Ulrika here with you today to highlight the Stay Awhile line and show you some step by steps set for crafting this coordinating set of  handmade cards, perfect to send out for any occasion.  This set was especially easy to design for the colors in the line are rich and gorgeous, making all the elements match so well. 

I love the cupcake die! Matches perfect with the coffee mug.  I used some of my go-to BoBunny craft dies for this set to make sure I have lots of layers and details happening. The frame and border dies are among my favorites in all my projects!  To finish the cupcake here, I added "sprinkles" (colorful micro-pearls) on the top of the cupcake to mimic the look of a real cupcake.

Pop Dots are a must have!!  I set the house off from the card a bit to make it really POP!

This romantic card (designed in color wheel opposites) needed layers, some flowers and jewels as a finishing touch.

Hi! Ulrika here on the BoBunny Blog today to show you this winter themed layout using the cool and crisp Winter Playground Collection. These photos were taken after a fresh snow, making the title Winter Wonderland very appropriate.

These pictures of my boys in their warm winter gear matched perfectly with the papers.

I painted the wooden shapes with a thin layer of gesso. After drying I applied some Glitter Paste for an additional frosty textured look.

Only You and Winter Playground-Handmade Cards

Ulrika here today to show you two super fun handmade cards I made for the blog today using Only You and Winter Playground.  Two very different themes, but with both have a true BoBunny type feel.



I love the color schemes in these two collections!

I used several of my BoBunny dies, some BB wood shapes and some glitter paste to sparkle things up a bit.  I also utilized some of my favorite jewel and pearl flourishes.  I just love the end result!

Valentines Gift Bag and Cards featuring Only You with Ulrika

Hi there! I hope you enjoyed the holidays. Ulrika here today to show you this altered gift bag and card, perfect for any spring wedding or Valentine's Day present coming up next month!

I used a plain gift bag which I turned into a wedding gift bag using sweet papers from the Only You collection.

I made a card to accompany the bag. Now I'm ready for a wedding invitation!

I used Crackle Paste on a lasercut chipboard heart. So easy to use!

I hope you enjoyed this fun and simple project idea for the upcoming Valentines season. This can also be replicated using any other BoBunny paper collection with other season or occasions!

Happy 2018! featuring Winter Playground with Ulrika

How exciting! The very first day of the new year! And it's my turn to blog something I've created. I made a scrapbook page with a picture of a beautiful place in Sweden during winter.

I used the sophisticated Winter Playground collection, which I love!

I made some pattern on the background paper using a stencil and some stencil paste.

I used blossoms and wood shapes for embellishments.

I just had to fussy cut the row of snowballs from one of the papers! Doesn't it look cute?!

Hi There! Ulrika here to bring you some Christmas gift wrapping inspiration! I used Fa La La to make this plain paper bag into a perfect Christmas gift bag.  Even better, I got to be crafty while creating this one-of-a-kind gift wrapping. Just taking a new lane on the creativity.

 In the flower centers I put some sweet Wood Shapes.

Altered Art Mini Tray featuring Penelope with Ulrika

Helloe Everyone!  Today I would like to show you this altered wooden box, using a couple fun mixed media techniques. I also have a tutorial video for you, don't forget to check it out at the end of the blog.



I started to alter the wooden box in two easy steps by using crackle paste primer and crackle paste.



I did some fussy cutting to get the pretty flowers and the wise words.  This is quite a small box, so I chose carefully the inside elements for maximum impact and visual appeal.

This blue color combined with the dark brown and beige is just perfect.



I used som crackle Paste for the lasercut chipboard feathers. I love how they turned out.



The second card is a green one, combined with dark brown and beige. Love the patterns!

I fussy cut some flowers for this assignment, and it was all worth the effort. They look so cute!
