Neighbor Gift Ideas featuring Carousel Christmas with Ayumi

Today I'll share with you a neighbor gift idea making this bottle wrap tag using Carousel Christmas collection!

The papers of the Carousel Christmas collection are all cute. 
 It is really very easy to make a make tag for a quick and easy neighbor gift with simple decoration for anything in a bottle- sparkling cider, champagne or a favorite festive holiday drink and recipe.

I placed little dots around the edge of the tag using Pentart Contour Liner.  I think this looks gorgeous with just this little touch.

I added a lace paper doily and this project becomes even more beautiful.
