Mix It Up

Every BoBunny collection is perfect all by itself. Everything coordinates perfectly and there is no worry when mixing and matching the papers and embellishments. What happens though, when you mix different BoBunny collections? Sounds like a fun challenge, don't you think?!?! That is exactly what we asked Denise and Rhonda to do for us today and here is what they created.

A Day to Remember by Denise vanDeventer

"This photo was taken quite a number of years ago, December 1995, when I was living in London and my brother and parents had come over to visit me. My brother and I are standing in Trafalgar Square, feeding the pigeons. It's such a wonderful memory!"

Designer Tip: I added some gesso to my photo and to the edges of my torn pages, to soften them and allow them to merge into one another, and with the background! I am a very stingy scrapper and like to use everything, and nothing goes to waste. So my other tip is to use the in between bits of the chipboards. You will see I used the beautiful Silver and Gold chipboard swirl, as well as the in between bits for embellishments. Please visit Denise's blog for more details on this layout.

Happy Day by Rhonda Van Ginkel

"I thought it would be fun to mix the whimsical feel of the Zip-A-Dee Doodle collection with the elegance of The Avenues. The beauty of BoBunny is that even if the collections are a bit different, the papers will still work together so nicely! We can't wait to see what you create when you mix-it-up with BoBunny."
