Fright Delight Halloween Layouts and Woodland Winter Winner

Our Woodland Winter Collection winner is announced at the bottom of the post!

Enjoy these Spook-tacular Halloween layouts created by our design team using our new Fright Delight collection!

Spooky by Lisa Novogrodski

When I first laid eyes on the adorable "Fright Delight" collection I thought I would do something a bit different and show you how to take this cute Halloween theme to shabby chic level. I just love the tiny dot pattern in the Fright Delight Ghouls and I thought the bright blue in the Fright Delight Party was a great way to add a non traditional pop of color to this page. I carried the blue on the diagonal with a touch of stamping and flowers.

Designers Tip: Don't let heavily patterned paper intimidate you. Work with the colors instead of focusing on the patterns. Cut the patterns up into smaller sizes. Use a sketch to help you decide on sizes and shapes.

Haunted House by Keri Babbitt

When I first took at a look at all the fun new Fright Delight embellishments, the haunted house chipboard & ticket ephemera caught my eye.  They were perfect for this page about our annual haunted house, or as we call it, our "Hall of Spookables!"  I love the mix of orange, green, black, & purple in this collection, so to highlight the spooky colors, I converted my photos to black & white.

Designer's Tip:  Layering stickers onto the chipboard pieces is a great way to create custom accents. Another way to get this custom look is using foam dimensional adhesive to layer stickers on top of ephemera.

BoBunny Supplies:

Under Your Spell by Ilene Tell

I just love the "Fright Delight" collection - it offers so many possibilities (skulls for teenage layouts, goblins for kid layouts, traditional Halloween colors, sophisticated flourishes, and more!) The paper was perfect for this layout about my son last Halloween. He was a knight, and one of the images on the "Costume" sheet is a little skeleton dressed as a knight.

I cut up the tree from the 12x12 chipboard sticker sheet to make some branches that went well with the flourish pattern paper. Cut up, the tree almost passes as flourishes too - but spooky ones, just right for Halloween.

Bo Bunny Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Costume, Ghouls, Spooky, Eek!/Fright Delight
Stickers: Fright Delight Combo Sticker; Fright Delight Dimensional Stickers
Brads: Fright Delight
Jewels: Fright Delight
Noteworthy: Fright Delight
Chipboard: Fright Delight 12 x 12

And now....The WINNER of the Woodland Winter collection preview

I love that some of the papers have patterns on the B side that can be used with non winter layouts. I live in Texas and we rarely have winter here never mind snow LOL Love the blues and tans and grays. And that fox.............. how ADORABLE!

Pam, please send your mailing information to thebobunnyblog@gmail.com!

Be sure to stop by tomorrow for a retailer feature, and Thursday we will announce the Head Over Heels Collection winner!
