Romy's latest creations are certainly merry & bright! Using Pearlescents & Glitter Paste just makes everything look better and in this case, more festive!

As soon as I saw the beautiful gold glitter paste and the Butterscotch Pearlescents, I knew I wanted to combine them with the wonderful Christmas Collage collection to create a few Christmas cards. I always associate gold glitter with Christmas and found that the glitter paste added a nice sparkling finishing touch to my cards.

On this card I added glitter paste to the chipboard sticker with the deer on it. I also decorated the stars, the 'Joy' title and a few other chipboard embellishments with the Butterscotch Pearlescent. I think that the color 'Butterscotch' matches the new Christmas Collage collection just perfectly.

On this tag, I used the glitter paste to add a gold touch to all the chipboard details: the layered chipboard sticker, the buttons and the stars.

I also added Butterscotch Pearlescent to all of the circles that are printed on the "Flurry" paper and to the chipboard stars. I think they can add just that extra bit of dimension to every project.

FotoBella loves Bo Bunny!

Thank you so much to the Bo Bunny crew for featuring FotoBella again on this wonderful blog! This is Cher from FotoBella, in our last Bo Bunny post, I told you about what inspired me to start FotoBella and start selling scrapbooking supplies online in 2009. FotoBella features over 5,000 different paper crafting products including the latest and greatest paper collections and embellishments from Bo Bunny. This past year since we were last featured, there have been several new things that have inspired my scrapbooking. My 4 year old daughter has started scrapbooking and her first layout was the Bo Bunny National Scrapbooking Day Layout! She loves scrapbooking and now takes a class at her school where she is working on a Misc Me album. I am a very proud mommy.

I have also started a local meetup group at  Scottsdale Scrapbooking - for those of us who love to get together and get crafty.

Beautiful Layout using Pearlescents & Glitter Paste

I used some Glitter Paste over the BoBunny's Stencil.
I used silver glitter paste over the stencil of dots in part of the snowy mountains.

I also used Pearlescents over the stencil.

Life Is Better When You're Laughing Misc Me by Irene Tan

Hello everyone! It's Irene here with you today! This time, I would like to showcase how you could use BoBunny's new pearlescent and glitter paste on your Misc Me pages. These mediums are so easy to use and perfect to add that little personal touch to your pages. For this assignment, I've used the Madeleine Journal Contents. This collection is so romantic and beautiful.

First of all, I've used pearlescent to detail the edges of the journal content on the first page and a photograph on the second page. This is an easy way to add small details to your pockets.

In the close-up above, I've used pearlescent to paint the wood embellishment. Simply just apply a small dot to parts of the wood embellishment and spread it out with a brush. To add more details on the flowers, I apply some small dots as stamens.

Next, let's move on to glitter paste. For these two Misc Me pages, I've used the silver glitter paste. BoBunny's glitter paste actually dries clear which makes applying so much more flexible and easy. Just use a brush and apply them to anywhere you want on the pages. For example, I've added glitter paste to part of the journal content images, the flowers, the wood embellishment, the edges of photographs and even on some stamped images.

Mixed Media Madeleine Canvas

The combing of different elements of our mixed media produced this beautiful canvas where life is indeed, captured.

I keep several canvases in my studio as decoration but every now and again I use it for my new projects. This can be interesting if you keep part of the old design like I did.

I made a little photo tutorial about it on my blog today if you wish to see step by step process.

I used papers, chipboards, mists, jewels, stamps, stencils, paste  and Pearl Pens - all by BoBunny!

If you noticed my shades of colors mists are lighter then you know from BoBunny. I can give you a little advice - mix a small amount of it with a little of white mist. This way you can enjoy light green or blue.

I use stencils on the beginning of my work but very offten I go back to use them again when I am done putting  down my papers.

With black and white photo I went for bold black stamping and embossing.

You can use Pearlescents in many ways; here you can see I painted over modeling paste, below I made small dots on wooden chipboard.

When fussy cutting elements were ready I used foam tape to give them more 3D look.  Around my canvas you can see washi tape.

All gold and silver shimmering came from gold and silver paste.
