Life in Color and Pentart Wax Paste with Marilyn

I made party favor bags and cards with the new Life in Color collection. I wanted to make Happy Birthday unisex cards and bags that they don't look too feminine or masculine.  

I used the Tag Dies and the Sentiments stamp to make the tags for the bag and the card.

I applied the Chameleon wax paste with my finger over the tags, it gave a translucent shine to the tags, so pretty!

I'm going to explain you how I made the party favor bags, I used one 12" x 12" paper and cut it in half to create two bags.

For each bag you need a piece of 6" x 11 1/2".

Score the paper as you can see in the picture.

Then turn the paper and make scores at 1 1/2", 4 1/4" and 5 1/4" as you can see in the photo.

Make these cuts on the paper.

Fold all the scores  and add glue or tape over the last corner of the box as you can see in the photo .

Fold and glue the bottom of the box.

I used some glue dots to close the top of the bag.

The final result, it's easy and fun to make!

Aryia's Garden and Pentart Chameleon Wax Pastes with Elena O.

Hello BoBunny fans, it's Elena here with you today. It's Sunday and it's time to share something for Party time!

 

I made some decor for Birthday party . It's quite simple - a few rosettes, gift bags and a set of Party Invitation Cards.

  

I used the Aryia's Garden collection to create these pieces, it has soft bright colors which are perfect for party decorations.

   I started with creating my paper rosettes.

I love the look it gives when you have a plenty of them on the wall. However, even just a couple of them on your table are still able to give you a party feeling.

I also used some paper scraps to create the tags for my guests' gift bags.

 I had a blast creating invitation cards as well. Didn't they turn out beautiful?

Each of the cards are different, but I used the same sketch and almost the same embellishments to create them.

  I played with only 2 main paper sheets, and guess what - I have managed to mix 6 different cards.

  I used the doily die and the nested frame dies to create beautiful accent pieces.

  The cards are quite simple, but they have gorgeous dimension due to the flower clusters.

  I added a finishing touch of jewels and pearls - and everything look festive and feminine.

I love how they sparkle with just a hint of the jewels and pearls.

I also  added some sparkling on my wooden box using the Pentart Chameleon Wax paste in peach. It gives a beautiful and subtle shimmer to the grain.

Festive Nested Terrific Tag Dies by Tracee Provis

I love the new Nested Terrific Tag Dies and when coupled with the gorgeous Whiteout collection you can easily create some stunning cards and gift card holder tags. Using some Glitter Paste gives my project even more sparkle.

I cut out the largest tag shape from watercolour paper and using some Blueberry ink mixed with Frost glimmer spray I roughly painted the whole tag deliberately leaving some areas white. I then lightly stamped some text onto the paper, next I used the Winter Delight snowflake stencil along with some Frost Glitter Paste.

I cut 2 of the smaller tags and tucked these into the side of the main tag, I had some Glitter Paste left that I scraped from my stencil and I spread this over one of the tag shapes.

I cut another large tag from the Whiteout collection and created a gift card pocket on the back, I then attached this to the main tag. The Misc Me Pocket squares made the perfect embellishment for the front of the pocket.

I altered one of the Laser Cut Chipboard pieces with Bronze Glimmer Mist to tuck into my cluster, I added some string and Double Dot Jewels to create a rich luxurious feel to the tag.

I wanted to showcase just how beautifully the tag set actually nested. I cut the biggest 4 sizes and chose images from the Journey and Arctic Rim papers in the Whiteout Collection to go in the centre. I edged each of the rims with a gold and silver sharpie marker to give a little more definition of the layers.

I made the cute bows for my cards using the Winter Delight Stencil. place your stencil onto the background of your choice, I used plain white cardstock, spread Glitter Paste onto the stencil then carefully lift off and once dry you can fussy cut it out and apply to your project.
