Are you ready to make Christmas Cards yet?

If you're anything like me, you have the supplies ready but you've just not started creating yet! Well, never fear, today I have the privelege of sharing my fellow DT member Jolanda Meurs ' creative talent with you- and there is no shortage of ideas here.


Let me start off with her first project........


Jolanda altered this chocolate box beautifully .......

she even chose to alter the inside and filled it with some delicious treats

I love how she has used the buttons to create her wreath and then the Bo Bunny jewels as the holly berries. Just the perfect touch!

Happy Holidays
This card is quick one, using the Bo Bunny card kits. The basic card is prepared for you, ready to add your own personal touch. The ribbon, brad and flourish are lovely embellishments to use.

Mix It Up!

Have you ever noticed how some collections work really well with others?  I for one just love mixing and matching paper collections and embellishments.  Not only does it give projects a new and interesting look, it helps stretch your supplies further.  Today we have two amazing projects to share with you inwhich our design team members mixed and matched a variety of Bo Bunny products.  First up is the gorgeous fireplace banner....

Designer Notes:
-Stamp the chandelier and spiderweb in black ink onto the background of the card. Highlight the lines with a light grey marker to create some shadow, then embellish further with gems as you like. Do the same to the typed sentiment to make words stand out.
-The pumpkin is created with paper pieced ovals that are layered with punched leaves.

Designer Tip: I don't like to waste the beautiful patterned papers so when I use a paper to frame my layout I cut out the inside area and use it for another part of the layout. In this case I used the darker brown paper to cut out a circle design and I added brads and some kitchen twine to create my circle embellishments.  Another tip to share is that I handmade the blooms by gathering strips of lace.

Altered and Recycled Projects

I'm always amazed when I see Bo Bunny's gorgeous papers and embellishments transformed into objects of beauty.  Today a couple of Bo Bunny's design team members have made the most spectacular mini-book/keepsakes and altered decor items using some of the newest Bo Bunny products.

"Live Today Mini Book"

Agnieszka cleverly used some old chipboard book/game pieces and converted them into this adorable mini-book using the Bo Bunny Forever Fall & Et Cetera collection.  She created a mini book that is beautiful to look at and at the same time sturdy enough for a child to handle.  Here are some close-ups of her project...
