It's time for another Misc Me album! This time I started one for my daughter and her and her friends. You can only imagine all these photos we have with these lovely girls together :).

For my pages I used different papers from Love Lace collection and beautiful Copper Accents foils in ...yes, copper!

I also used stars from Copper Accents.

I like the look a lot!

It's so nice to cut out flowers from Love Lace collection and add them in to the squares.

It's so easy to make new pages with this collection!

Love & Lace Layout With Marvelous Mixed Media!

Hello there BoBunny Fans it is Bernii Miller here with you today to share with you a layout I have made with the gorgeous new Love & Lace collection teamed with the romantic "Heart Laser cut chipboard".These two products are a perfect fit and I wanted to document a photo that I adore of my little girl and I .

I really love mixed media at the moment and love how with a few simple layering techniques you can create a multitude of different backgrounds. For this background I simply layered the "Rough it Up" stamp set over some watercolours and then to add some more textured interest I simply used some modelling paste with the Cascade stickable stencil.

I left the Hearts laser cut chipboard raw as the colour really complimented the colours in the paper I was using. To adhere them I used some Glossy Accents adhesive as I find it sticks really well to altered backgrounds.

1 Layout 3 Ways With Love & Lace!

Good Morning! Today I'm sharing a layout done three ways. What kind of scrapper are you? Do you like to do "clean and simple", maybe your a "fussy cutter", or are you a "I don't know when to stop?" kind of scrapper.. I will say I am a little of all three of these. Sometimes a little goes a long way, then there are other days when I feel like fussing with elements and design. Whichever one you are, I hope these give you some ideas.

This is a layout I did for my daughter. When I saw the Glitter and Foil Locale Stickers, I knew exactly which collection I wanted to use. I ran for the Love and Lace Collection, which can be used for many things, not just for Valentines Day. Here I used it to celebrate a friendship my daughter has had since she was a child. These girls truly love each other and are inseparable.

For the first stage of my layout, I backed the photo with one of the 6x6 paper pad sheets, tucked a piece of the Noteworthy in the back , added a quick title, a few of the Glitter and Foil Locale stickers and the start of a cluster on the top left of the page.

For stage two of my layout I added a little tag and flowers tucked behind the photo, changed the title so that is was on one of the Noteworthy pieces and dressed up the element cluster at the top with some stickers from the Combo Sticker Sheet and one of the stickers from the Glitter and Foil Locale sheet.

For the last stage, I just had to add some glitter! With the help of the Brocade Stickable Stencil and some Wasabi Glitter Paste, my layout sparkled in no time! I also added a few extra Noteworthy pieces with the date stamped on it , and a few of the flowers were added to the flower cluster already printed on the pattern paper. Family Love Canvas With Love & Lace!

For my Mixed Media day I created medium canvas using many different products by BoBunny.

 I started from creating my background with gesso, papers, and stencils.  

Lovely papers from Love Lace collection were perfect for my photo.

I like the touch of gold and I was happy I could use different products in this color - spray, paste, foil and pearlescents.

Now my family photo has to look for a new place, maybe by my bed or fireplace?

Lovely Love & Lace cards!

The gorgeous new Love & Lace collection totally got me smitten, so I couldn't resist to start making a few romantic cards right away. Today I will show you two love cards that I made with the wonderful papers and embellishments from this collection.

Always by Romy Veul 

On my frst card, I wanted to feature the beautiful 'Always' glittered chipboard sticker. I attached it on top of two rectangles, which I cut out with the Lattice Frame dies. I also used a beautiful die-cut tag from the Noteworthy package as a backdrop for my card.

I also used the beautiful Lattice Frame dies set on my second card. These dies are perfect for cardmaking and I figured their elegant look matched the Love & Lace collection really well.

I stuck to the same colour combination on this card as on my second card: pink, red and beige. For my backdrop, I cut out a few borders from one of the sheets in the 6x6 paper pad and attached them vertically on my card. The central element on my card is made of two cut out tags from the 'Lace' sheet and a chipboard sticker.

Mixed Media With Love & Lace!

Hi there BoBunny fans!

Today I have a mixed media tutorial to share with you :) using the new Love & Lace Collection.  I don't know about you but sometimes I find it daunting to do mixed media - I mean I know what I want to do but sometimes I think what comes out on paper doesn't quite reflect what was going on in my head!  With that in mind I thought I would try for simple but effective!  So here goes :)

First of all you need to prepare your surface so I have rather haphazardly applied my gesso all over my canvas quite thickly.  Paper tends to buckle if you use to much.  With paper I dry brush on my gesso.  Once dry I added pieces of washi, punched strips of paper and then lined up two of my border stickable stencils.

To cover the border stencil I have used Licorice Pearlescents and just applied it straight from the bottle.

Once that was dry I chose the Noteworthy piece I want to use and popped some chipboard in behind it to give dimension, and added my typed quote to a strip of paper made into a banner.  The binder clip was the prefect addition :)  OK, so now that I'm happy with placement I can then add in another stencil using gold glitter paste.

Now the fiddling begins!  To add colour Ive used a paint brush dipped in my sprays and roughly applied it where I wanted.  Start with the lightest colour first, in this case it was gold.  Once dry I added the darker red colour but this time I lightly patted this dry with a wet wipe.  When that was dry I then randomly stamped over the background with two different stamps.

I had thought it was finished but thought it needed something more, so I added blossoms, wood shapes,  a lser cut chipboard heart inked black - it reminded me of the lace in the paper :) - and lastly those yummy new glitter and foil stickers!!

1 Layout 3 Ways With Love & Lace!

I was thrilled to receive the new collections recently from BoBunny! Love and Lace is such a stunning combination of colors and design elements. Today I will show you a page in three varying degrees of complexity. Above you will see the easy version. I've used Noteworthy and a few die cut shapes and layered my laser cut chipboard Family sentiment for the title.

To keep this very easy, you could opt to leave the Family laser cut chipboard plain. I first sprayed Sugar Glimmer Spray, then Bronze Glimmer Spray and dabbed it lightly.  After that, I smeared on Sugar Pearlescents mixed with Island Mist and Blush Pink to create an iridescent effect.

This is the Medium level page, where I have added some torn edges as well as a bit of glitter paste that was applied over a Stickable Stencil on the upper right corner and the lower left bottom under my collage. The small plain white doilies peek out of my torn papers on the top and side.

In case the effect is not obvious in the larger photo, I wanted to share with you how beautiful the Sugar Glitter Paste is when added. It's the perfect amount of pretty texture, and dries quickly as well.

The third version of this page with more masking and stamping added, as well as layers of tags, some Sugar and Blush Pearlescents were added to to the doilies to give them the light pink color. I've also included some Foil Transfers in Accent Gold and Flourish Jewels along with a few flowers.

The extra die cut tag and Noteworthy florals and tab are added, as well as the "Always and Forever" sentiment sticker from the Combo Sticker sheet.

A bit of stamping in the bottom right corner and the Layered Chipboard layered under the red floral tag.

The pretty Lovely Leaf Dies paired with the Flourish Jewels, as well as the Elegant Border Die layered here.
