Neutral Scrapbook Layout with Elisa

Hi Crafty Friends!!

Today I share with my my new LO!!! A clean and simple project.  Do you recognize the collection!? Yes, it's Garden Grove!! There are many colorful card stock papers in this collection, but there are also some vintage neutral ones... let me show you the project!!

For the base of the LO I used the black and white striped side of the "Lovely"card stock.
On the left side of the page, you can see a piece of the "Remember" card stock (ivory side, with handwritten words...).

The other side of "Remember" card stock is purple, with some wonderful white roses!! I fussy cut them and I created a base for the picture.
For the title I used one of the Family Heirlooms Layered Chipboard pieces.

White roses are so beautiful! On the "Remember" stripe on the left I glued a long die cut (Coffee Lace Double Dots)

I also used some pearls (Garden Grove Candy Dots) to highlight the main part of the LO (around the picture).

Here you can see the layering.

And here you can see the Tuxedo Brads!! Three different sizes, three different shapes!

On the left higher corner I create a banner composition with the cardstock I used in this project.
I glue on the a Butterfly Laser Cut Chipboard. So elegant!!

Here you can see the banner and the pearls too...

Vintage Inspired Scrapbook Layout

Hello hello!

Today I have been playing with the collection Garden Grove and I made a little vintage looking layout for you. I love this vintage look and I have also used a paper from the Family Heirlooms collection that I did some cutouts from and used as decorations. They fit perfectly well together I think.

I love that you can combine a lot of the papers from other collections into your projects when working on some specific collection. Many can be used as cutouts decorations, I love that!

I made  a very simple and easy layout for this one since I thougt there was so much pattern in the papers and I wanted the photo to pop a little bit.I also wanted to se the beautiful flowers in the paper and don´t put to much layers on it. The photo is printed in sepia to fit with the papers.

I used the paper with cameras and alphabets from the family heirlooms collection.I cut the cameras out and used as decorations and the letters to build my text.

I did put on some pearls since they give the layout a little bit of a shine and makes it pop.
I hope you will like it.
I love that this collection can be used for other projects than just easter projects.

Family Heirlooms Layout with Elena

Hello BoBunny Fans, it's Elena here to share with you a layout I made with the brand new Family Heirlooms Collection.

I found the past photo taken in Wroclav , Poland near the old gates at the University.

Since the kids are not fond of posing, the shots are quite funny though the background is vintage and royal. I embellished the pictures with the brads , chipboard and a few elements that I cut from the papers.

The frames and maps background are great to coordinate with this design

I also added a strip of washi tape to make the accent too.

I hope you enjoyed my project! Until next time!

Family Stories Layout with Family Heirlooms Emmy

Hello BoBunny fans!

Emmy here today sharing a brand new layout I've created using the amazing Family Heirlooms collection from BoBunny. For this layout I decided to use a picture of my grandfather. He was always there for me when I was growing up and I miss him every day.

For my background I used two pattern papers. I cut off 1 cm from each side of the bluish paper. Then using a stickable stencil and texture paste I created the white dimensional pattern. Once the paste has dried, I sprinkled glimmering mist on top. Then, using a clear stamp and brown ink, I stamped the 'fake' stitches in the corners. Finally, I ruffles the edges using a paper distresser and adhered the altered pattern paper on top of the dark brown one.

To create my design I used washi tape and tailor-made embellishments from the pattern papers.

I cut my title from one of the Trinkets pattern paper. I inked its edges with brown ink and then I adhered it to the background using mounting foam tape.

I also added chipboard stickers and layered chipboard stickers to my page.

As a final touch I added rhinestones and enamel dots.

I hope I managed to inspire you today!

Have a great week!

Family Heirlooms Scrapbook Layout

Hello BoBunny Friends,
Angela here with you today with a new scrapbooking page with a vintage chic feeling, created with the beautiful new Family Heirlooms collection. It is my first project with this collection and I admit that this is probably my preferred collection ever!

Family_Heirlooms_Layout_Angela_Feb17_01

To create the page I chose a pink patterned paper for the background. I cut a strip from it and filled the gap with another patterned paper called History. It has a beautiful design of vintage roses. In between, I placed a third strip of paper, to make the rose patterned one pop.

I used the remaining paper to fussy cut some roses and embellished the page, creating a few clusters of roses around the photo and the title.

Underneath each cluster of roses, I layered some pieces of torn and distressed papers, to create a feeling of old and worn. I used also a light touch of Vintage Photo distress ink on the borders, to intensify the old look.

For the title, I used part of a Layered chipboard that says Family is Forever. I kept the first part,  the word Family and I insert it between the two layers of paper, on one side.

Around the clusters of roses, I added some Candy Dots and DoubleDot Jewels.

The photo is from a few years ago, during a family celebration. It was my son 25th wedding anniversary. I chose to stamp it in black and white so the colors didn't compete with the patterned paper of the layout.

Also here, I placed a layer of torn and distress paper, sticked together with some dimensional foam adhesive.

To avoid the photo got lost in such a busy page, I created a kind of half frame, using a strip of paper. I stitched it with my sewing machine and placed it above the photo, on the left top corner of the layout.

I embellished with a couple of tags and a few other chipboards here and there and  the page was done.
