October has come to an end and now we all begin to think of all the wonderful things we have to be thankful for!

In order to celebrate this month of gratitude, the theme this week is "GIVE THANKS".  Each day this week we will share one thing we are thankful for here at BoBunny.

Count Your Blessings - Denise van Deventer

Autumn Time is also harvest time and for me this is always the time to take stock of my life and give thanks for the many blessings in my life. I can honestly say that I am truly blessed and really have nothing to complain about. These 5 kids are certainly blessings and add so much colour to my life and world! That little cheesy grin in the front is most certainly one of my greatest blessings too!

This layout has a Bohemian feel to it. It was not intended that way, but just turned out that way!

I love the earthy Kraft collection and so used quite a few of these elements on my page. The clock paper behind my photo is actually a gift bag and I thought it would be perfect for a patterned paper use, as well as a holder for my journalling. So I have a little note tucked inside for safe keeping!

Count Your Blessings - Lisa Gregory

I am blessed to have a wonderful family. My mom and dad raised 4 successful children, and we all have wonderful families of our on now.

I toned down the yellow BoBunny Blossoms using some autumn colored mists. To create the leaves, I die cut them from double dots paper and patterned paper and enhanced them with mists as well. I tucked a couple of Kraft butterflies on the page.

I cut apart one of the Kraft bags, tore them into strips and randomly adhered them on the page. I also punched strips for the outer border and created a Kraft lace. I cut a piece of burlap from the trim, and placed it under the journal banner I made. And I used the wonderful Kraft Alphabet stamps to stamp the word Family in 2 places.

I've used Chocolate Dot cardstock as the base for this card and matched with it some beautiful orange tones papers from the Autumn Song collection. The various shapes and sizes of leaves from the Noteworthy package enhanced the flower perfectly.

Happy Thanksgiving Card by Irene Tan

I've used Sweet Pear Dot cardstock as the base for this card. This time, I've chosen different color tones from the Autumn Song collection. The yellow and greens creates a light and happy feel for this card. To give it a little homey effect, I've chosen the crochet flowers and lace. I've stamped a dragonfly in green to embellish this card.

Give Thanks Card by Keri Babbitt

A little fussy-cutting of the leaves paper gives this card some subtle dimension and a delicate quality.
I love how the polka dots are highlighted on the leaves & the border of this card.

Designer Tip:  Using foam adhesive for the card sentiment, & slightly curling the edges of the fussy-cut leaves, are two ways to add some dimension & interest to this simple card.

There's Always Something Card by Keri Babbitt

I love the thought on the sticker, that "there's always something to be thankful for" so I began with that.  The rich purple is a great addition to the color palette of this collection, and I wanted to highlight it here.  I combined the purple with the rich autumnal greens/oranges, for an elegant look.

Designer Tip:  Don't be afraid to let elements of the card hang over the edges slightly.  This is a fun, fresh twist on the classic card, & complements the handmade look.

Thankful for You card by Rhonda Van Ginkel

Orange Flourish Double Dot card stock is the base for my card.  I've used stickers for my sentiment and some Noteworthy elements as well.  I just love how you can use them in so many ways for your projects!

To anchor my sentiment, I added one of the large brads and tucked a few Noteworthy leaves behind.  The colors in this collection are simply amazing, don't you think?

Crisp Air and Crunchy Leaves card by Rhonda Van Ginkel

I loved the oval sentiment and wanted to build a card around it.  I decided to create a 5x5 inch square card. I used the Chocolate Flourish Double Dot cardstock for my base.  The bright magenta of the Melody paper really pops against the chocolate.

The leaves here are from Noteworthy and the sweet little flower is from the Dimensional Stickers.  I tied a bit of hemp twine to mix a bit of earthy with elegant.  Autumn Song is such a versatile collection and so much fun to use!!!
