Fall Collage Layout with Elisa

Hi everyone!!

Elisa here from Italy!

I love Autumn. I love Autumn because Nature shows us a wonderful color palette. Because the days are warm, but in the evening I can wear a soft sweater. Because after the hot summer time and vacation, I want to create something new! Fall is the perfect time to do it!

So, let me dedicate a LO to Fall!!!

For this project I used the November and December papers and the Thickers by Banner Year Collection, the Boulevard des Romantiques and the Thickers by Boulevard Collection, Gingerbread and Coffee Double Dot. The main cardstock in the background is the Chiffon vintage Double Dot.

I fussy cut all the autumn leaves by the Banner Year November cardstock.

For the little banners and the little sentiment I used the Word Punch Board, and two cardstock Layers (December by Banner Year and Gingerbread Double Dots)

I made an irregular stitch on all the Gingerbread frames.

I also add some golden embellishment to give a bit of brightness to the LO... And Banner year Thickers were perfect for this.

For the title I chose another golden element: Thickers by Boulevard Collection.

So, Hello Fall... I'm happy you arrived!!!

Fall Stamped Cards with Elena

Hello BoBunny Fans, the Fall is officially here but for me it is the time to enjoy the bold colors of the flowers in the Garden. That is why I decided to create Roses Cards

I stamped the images of Roses on the Cream cardstock using Rose Garden Stamp. Then I colored the images with the Copics and cut them out. But some of the images I stamped on the Double Dot cardstock and heat embossed with the golden powder.

Some of the images I stamped on the background, and the other part I cut out and mounted on each other creating a flower cluster.

For my background I used Peaches & Cream and  Sunflower Double Dot Cardstock, the colors that are great for the early Fall.

To create the sentiment I heat embossed the quote from Gratitude Stamp Set.

And embellished my cards with the jewels.

The are great as they have different size and colors.

Hello BoBunny Friends,

Back To School Season is right near the corner and since my both of my kids are students, I have already started my preparations for it.

Back_to_School_Journal_Double_Dot_Elena_Aug7_01.JPG

This time I decided to create a journal for my daughter.

Back_to_School_Journal_Double_Dot_Elena_Aug7_02.JPG

For my journal, I used Double Dot Chevron papers and many of the BoBunny Stamps.

Back_to_School_Journal_Double_Dot_Elena_Aug7_03.JPG

and for my favorite fall season I had to use all of the fall leaves for sure!

Back_to_School_Journal_Double_Dot_Elena_Aug7_04.JPG

I stamped on the background as well as stamped the images on the papers, I 've used for my spreads, and then cut out them with my scissors.

Back_to_School_Journal_Double_Dot_Elena_Aug7_05.JPG

I used the fall hues colors mostly as well as stamped a lot with Color Wheel inks from Vicki Boutin and added red, orange, yellow and green for my stamped images.

I like how it turned out and the ombre shadow it has too.

I made the book binding for my journal and left the chevron side of the papers with no stamps.

And played a lot with the colors on the other pages

I combined several stamp sets and they complement each other perfectly for this kind of project.

Hello BoBunny Fans

It's Denise here today with a "Family" mini album, using the gorgeous Boulevard collection.

Boulevard_Family Mini Album_Denise_30 Jul 01

I recycled an advertisement booklet and used this for the base of this little album.

I used patterned papers, die-cuts, noteworthy pieces, stickers and stamps to give the layers to this album.

Woodland Winter DIY and Craft Projects

This is our final day of Woodland Winter projects, and we leave you with two fantastic DIY and Craft Projects created by Agnieszka and Megan. We hope you have enjoyed this week of Woodland Winter inspiration! We would love to see what you have created with this collection. You can share it with us in the comments section below or on our BoBunny Facebook page.

Let It Snow Glove Box by Agnieszka Bellaidea

Working with the Winter Woodland collection was so much fun. I wanted to make something pretty, but also useful. Like always, I had many ideas, but the mitten/glove from one of the papers inspired me to make a box to store our winter gloves. We are having a very cold winter this year and wearing gloves is a must. I am also hoping to avoid the question "Mom, where are my..." when we are getting everyone ready to go in the mornings.

If you would like to make anything similar you could use any kind of box, such as a wooden or cardboard box. I used a cardboard box and decorated it with Patterned Papers, Chipboard and Noteworthy from the Woodland Winter collection.

BoBunny Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Woodland Winter Cozy, Woodland Winter Journal, Mittens, Peek-a-Boo, Scarf, Snowfall / Woodland Winter
Chipboard: Woodland Winter 12x12 Chipboard, Woodland Winter Layered Chipboard
Noteworthy: Woodland Winter

Remember Noel by Megan Gourlay

2014 has started off a bit sad for my family. My uncle passed away suddenly and while thinking about the times our families had spent together over the years, I started thinking about ways to capture those special moments and thoughts of those people in his life who had shared those moments. I thought it would be would be an awesome way for people to say goodbye if I created a book for everyone to write all those thoughts and to share snapshots of his life.

I had a spiral bound notebook at home that I had purchased from a stationary shop. I separated the covers from the book and covered them with card stock and papers from the Woodland Winter collection. This collection was the perfect colour choice. This collection quickly changed from a winter theme into a project of warm masculine tones, by using the reverse sides of the papers. Reverse sides of papers are great because they can completely change the way you decide to use a particular paper e.g: my base paper is Winter Mittens. Instead of using the front piece with its mittens and winter white colourings, I used the reverse with its blue colour leaning towards a more masculine theme, which is just what I wanted.

Designer Tip 1: The picture frame is taken from two sheets of Peek-a-Boo.  I cut the window out of both pieces, removing the woodland scene and adding a plain piece of paper behind it so I could add my title.  The top piece is layered with chipboard to help the separate the two layers and give it more dimension.

Designer Tip 2:  I wanted my alphas to be brown but didn't have any in right shade so I took some white ones and coloured them with Pinecone ink.
