Happy Easter! - Flower Gift/Treat Box Table Decoration featuring Cottontail with Angela

Hi Everyone!
It's Angela here today and, first of all, I would like to wish you a Happy Easter coing up this weekend!
Here are a few of the gift boxes I prepared, for my family and my friends.
The tradition of decorating and giving away Easter eggs is something special to me and every year I struggle to find something new.
This is what I end up with this time, a gift box with chocolate eggs inside.

Each box is decorated with a flower on the top, made with the Flower Punch Board by WRMK and a doily made with Darling Doily BoBunny die. Everything is made using BoBunny Double Dot papers, which has several shades of colors with the same pattern. Particularly, for the boxes I used the Chevron collection and for the doily the Damask collection.

The front of the box has a see through window, stamped with the word Joy. I think it's nice to see what's inside, because chocolate is always a good idea and it's appreciated from everyone.

Here is a pic of the boxes setting seen from the top, a bundle of colorful flowers that makes a happy Easter table and a fun take away for each person to enjoy on their way home from Easter Dinner. .

I hope you like this Easter box idea and let me wish you, once again Happy Easter!

Interactive Christmas Cards - with Angela

Hi everyone,

It's Angela here with you today sharing a couple of fun cards I've made with the BuBunny Santa and Friends Stamp Set.

I always love creating Christmas cards and it's never to early to start making them, since it's so easy to run out when it's time to send them!

Christmas Cards by Angela Tombari using BoBunny Santa & Friends Stamp Set

The first is a shaker card. For making it I used the stamp of Santa with the scarf and the gift box, embossed in gold glitter and colored in red.

I filled the shaker with sequins in red and gold and three of the gift boxes that I stamped on a white piece of cardstock.

A little tip, to allowed the gift boxes to easily shake, I glued a one cent coin on the back of each of them!

The second card is a Peek-a-Boo.

This is how it presents when it's closed, but if you open the window...

... little by little, it reveals a cute Santa holding a gift!

A shaking gift, adhered to the card with a little wobble.

There's a 30 seconds video here below, where you can see how the two cards work; forgive me in advance for the 'special effects', but I couldn't resist, it was so funny! ;P

I hope you like my two interactive cards and thank you for stopping by.
Love,
Angela

Christmas Carousel Cards and Santa and Friends Stamps - with Ginny

Hey there BoBunny Peeps!  Ginny here to share a pair of Christmas greeting cards that have a super cute stamped and colored Santa images and lovely paper layers.

Wonderful Christmas Greeting Cards by Ginny Nemchak for BoBunny using Carousel Christmas

These images were so much fun to color. I choose a non-traditional scheme to coordinate with the shabby chic style of Carousel Christmas.

Cut aparts are layered here with a doily and a fussy cut sentiment.

I love how the stamp set offers 2  Santa's so these cards can be similar but different.

I used a  nice selection of alcohol markers and watercolor pencils to do the main coloring then  added lots of detail to the images with Sugar Pastes and Confetti Paste.  The color choices are endless, really so let your creativity run wild!

Okay that's all for me.

Wishing everyone a happy and productive day : ) G

Party Time on the Fourth!

Hello everyone! I am lucky this year to be spending July 4th in the USA so I thought I would create a little party décor for the occasion using Double Dot Cardstock and some of the Misc Me Pocket Squares. The apron bag can be used to stand sauces in, or maybe sweets. The fun pinwheels make a great centrepiece for the table.

July 4th Party Décor by Tracee Provis

I used the Kraft edition of the Misc Me Pocket Squares to add a little contrast to the red white and blue of the cardstock. For the front of the apron bag I added some cotton lace and letters from the Tuxedo Alphabet sticker sheet, I created a pocket for the utensils to sit it but simply adhereing just 3 sides of the Pocket Square. I then added some clusters of stars to finish off the bag.

I cut some pinwheel shapes using a file on my cameo and Double Dot Card stock for the centers. I added a star and a brad to finish it off. I used one of the smaller 2 x 2 Misc Me Pocket Squares on the front of the lock that holds the pinwheels and I layered this using the same card stock and papers that I used on the apron bag. I then attached these to skewers and fixed them into the block, some simple paper curls look cute and also help to hide the ends of the sticks.

I am really looking forward to my first July 4th in the USA, it is going to be an experience to treasure.

Wedding Box Tutorial!

Hello Everyone! I am very busy preparing my daughter's wedding and I am making each detail for the reception.

Wedding Bathroom Box Tutorial

I thought a bathroom box be a really nice touch for your guests at the reception. So I did a tutorial for a wedding bathroom box using the versatile BoBunny Double Dot card stock and doilies.

Here are a few close ups:

I hope you enjoy this tutorial:

1. I used a box with divisors. First of all, I painted the edges that won't be covered with papers.

2. I used Island Mist Chevron Double Dot to cover the  inside of the box and dividers.

3. I mixed water and acrylic gesso on a spray bottle and I sprayed it on the papers.

4.  I used Bo Bunny Sugar chevron and Frost Dot to make envelopes for the products that I chose.  I       used the products to measure the envelopes.

5. I applied turquoise ink pad on the edges of the envelopes.

6.  I sprayed the acrylic gesso on the envelopes.

7.  I glued the doilies on each envelope and I removed the excess with a scissors.

8. Some drops of aqua acrylic paint on the envelopes.

 9. I covered the outside of the box using Sugar Dot. After, I applied turquoise ink pad.

10.  I printed monograms using free templates and cut out them. After I adhered them with 3D Foam.

11. I printed the names of the products on the vellum.

12.  I used Sugar Dot to make the cover. IT stamped it with" It is written" stamp. After, only some    drops of aqua acrylic paint.

13. I printed the monograms of the bride and the groom on the Frost Dot and I used a resin frame to finish it.

 14.   I glued it on the cover of the box and added Frosting Jewels an Flowers.

15. Now, it's only place each envelope on the box, and it is ready for the reception!

Misc Me Monday!

Hello there BoBunny Fans and welcome to Misc Me Monday!

Bernii here with you to share with you my bright and fun Misc Me layout that I created with the new release Double Dot - Chevron Paper range.

Queen's Park by Bernii Miller

There are a variety of hues in this collection and I decided to pull out the brighter papers to showcase my fun day at the park with my children. To highlight each of the papers that I pulled, I also used the Double Dot Jewels in matching colors.

I kept the Misc Me spread fairly simple this time around as the Double Dot papers were so bright and vibrant in colour. I also created little " Flowers" on my layout, by using my circle punch, folding the circle into fours, and then snipping out little petals. I love adding these to so many of my projects for extra pops of colours.
