I started with some mist in different colors on the background paper. Look at that gold Glimmer Spray! Isn't it fantastic?!

Hip Hip Hooray Layout!

Hip Hip Hooray by Tracee Provis

I am so in love with the You're Invited collection, if you add some mixed media along with the papers it gives a super result. I love how the pinks in the collection compliment the colours this photo of my Daughter and Granddaughter perfectly.

I applied a thin layer of gesso to the parts of my page that I planned to use my mediums on, this stops the inks soaking into the paper and gives a truer colour. I used a tiny star stamp from the Stitches stamp dotted around the Gold Glitter Paste Stars, for these sparkly stars I used my most favourite Bo Bunny Stencil which is Cascade. I used one of the Misc Me cards for my title "Hip Hip Hooray" this is another great way to use these planner cards in your projects.

I used some embellishments from the Combo Sticker Sheet and the Noteworthy in the You're Invited collection. I layered the banner piece from the Chipboard sheet along the bottom of my photo and elements, I gave it a little bling with some Double Dot Jewels to finish it off. I really love how this collection with its eclectic mix of colours all work so fabulously together.

New Gorgeous Cards!

Hello BoBunny fans!

It's Romy here today and I would like to show you two cards that I made with BoBunny's brand new Nested Tags dies. I always love using dies on my cards and these tags are very versatile and easy to use. With my two cards I will show you just two of the ways in which you can use them on your cards.

Enjoy Every Little Moment by Romy Veul

I used five tags with different sizes on my first card. My background consists of two black tags, which were cut out with the largest die from the Nested Tags set. After that, I cut out one small tag from pink paper and attached that inbetween the black tags. I then cut out two other tags from yellow and blue papers and positioned them horizontally on my card. As you can see, it can give a very playful look if you use some of the tags horizontally and some of them vertically on your card.

BoBunny Supplies:
Patterned Papers: Festive, Surprise, Shindig/ You're Invited
6x6 Paper Pad: You're Invited
Chipboard: You're Invited Layered Chipboard
Double Dot Jewels: Think Pink
Dies: Nested Tags

Home Sweet Home by Romy Veul

My second card features the wonderful Genevieve collection. I cut out two tags with different sizes with the Nested Tag dies set, as well as a rectangle with one of the Lattice Frame dies. I layered them on top of each other in the middle of my card. I also added fussy cut flowers (from the Lavish paper) and two chipboard pieces on top of it.

BoBunny Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Fanciful, Buttercup, Porcelain, Lavish, Pottery/ Genevieve
Chipboard: Genevieve
Double Dot Jewels: Citrus
Stickers: Sleigh Ride Combo Sticker
Dies: Nested Tags, Lattice Frame

I hope I could inspire you with creative ways to use the beauiful Nested Tags dies.
Thank you for stopping by on the BoBunny blog today!

Home Decor!

Hello BoBunnies! My project for today - an altered house - was created with newest collection, You're invited.
I love this color combo , a mix of pastels but also addition of black.
This house will be a simple decor element for a sweet girl.

I added the new chipboards /heart and celebration/ and painted the second one with Glitter Paste.

Flowers are great addition to anything "girly" :)

You can go simple with a decor like this or you can add many more elements from papers or even from any collection you have already like dolls, mini cars or shells.

Happy Happy Day With Misc Me!

Happy Happy Day Misc. Me by Lynn Shokoples

HappyHappy Day Misc.Me layout by Lynn Shokoples for BoBunny featuring the You're Invited Collection

Good Morning! Today I would love to share with you all some pages I'm doing in my Misc.Me binder of my daughters bridal shower. I promised her a mini album, and I think the Misc. Me binder and the inserts are just the answer. Love of little pockets for goodies and plenty of space for photos. The first thing I did was take the White and Kraft 8x9 binder and decorate the front. All of the details came from the Noteworthy pack and I did a little glitter with the new Starling Stickable stencil and some blush glitter paste. A bride needs a little sparkle don't you think?

Now onto the pages.  I reached for the pocket squares and journaling squares to begin. It's so tough choosing just a few. I decorated with some of the Combo Stickers and Noteworthy pieces.  I wanted to create a frame around her photo.

For page two.. I had to try the new Nested Fancy Frame dies. I took two sizes and nested them to create a thin frame. With the insides of the dies won't go to waste.. I used them as little background cards on the next pages.

Do you see the little pink and green pieces.. those are from the dies! Nothing goes to waste on my desk, lol. I loved the big "Love" letters from the Noteworthy pack, so I just had to fit them in. I thought they looked quite cute with the photos. Even the larger pieces of Noteworthy can fit right in to the pocket pages. If your wondering about the hat Nicole is wearing, well here in Canada, we have a tradition that at the bridal shower, all the bows from the gifts go on a paper plate and we make a funny hat for the bride and make her wear it. I really think she should wear it out in public, lol.

For the small pockets, I used the pocket squares and just added some of the stickers from the sticker sheets. We love to see your ideas, so if your working in a Misc.Me binder, please share your projects with us on our Facebook page. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Plates with Pizzazz!

Hello BoBunny's! Today we are super excited to show you a fun and easy way to make your own custom party plate tower!

These are easy and fun! All you need is clear plastic (or glass) plates, mod podge, and a few plastic cups, beautiful BoBunny paper of your choice, (a patterned paper is best) and a pair of scissors! Start off by placing your plate on top of your paper, back side of paper facing up, and tracing around it. Then, cut out circle, leaving about a 1/2 inch around the line so you have room for mistakes.

Then, measure from the top of the plate to where the base of the plate starts. Next, cut slits every inch all around the circle. This is so when you glue the paper down it lays flat and doesn't wrinkle. Now get your mod podge ready! Brush a thin layer of mod podge all over the plate. Then center your paper on the plate and push the paper down onto the plate, removing any air bubbles. Do this starting with one tab at a time. Let dry, then brush about 4 more layers of mod podge over the top of the paper. Be sure to let each layer dry in between!

Then take your scissors and cut the paper around the edges of the plate to be flush with the plate.

Next, take your cups and hot glue desired plate bottom to bottom of cup and stack as desired!

These plates are so adorable and versatile! You can stack them for a tower, use them as back drops for decor, or even have them on their own to add height!

They are a fun way to add that special touch to any occasion!
