Aryia's Garden and Pentart Chameleon Wax Pastes

Hello everybody!

Emmy here with a new Misc me project to share with you! This time I had the pleasure of working with the lovely Aryia's garden collection and the amazing Pentart Chameleon Wax Paste.

So, here are the Misc Me pages I've created:

And here are some close ups of my project with Tips & Tricks on how I did it:

To create the banner I used patterned paper and clear stickers. After I fussy cut the different banner elements, I inked their edges and affixed them with mounting foam tape to the background paper.

I die cut the word 'Love' two times from different patterned papers to create the shadow effect.

I used many clear sticker to decorate my pictures and send special messages to my daughter.

To create the frame around this picture, I used a piece of vellum where I carefully removed the inner part and replaced it with the photo..

I used Pentart Chameloen Wax Paste on some of my die cut embellishments. It is perfect to soften the colour and to give them a shimmery look.

I also used pre-cut shapes from the Noteworthy pack to decorate the journaling areas.

Life in Color and Pentart Glass and Porcelaine Paint with Ginny

Hey there BoBunny Peeps!  What a fun day for me to be sharing my first project with the fabulous new Life In Color Collection which is just so amazing. I had a blast mixing and matching the patterns with the embellies and some of my favorite pictures.

This Great Adventure Misc Me Layout by Ginny Nemchak using BoBunny Life In Color

I used a combination of the 12 x 12 papers and the Misc Me Pocket Squares to create an arrangement that  is similar but different for each of the pages for this 2 page layout.

Once I had the placement of the papers and squares I added pictures and some fussy cut images from the 12 x 12 paper like the balloon and ampersand.  I've also incorporated quite a bit of Foil Transfers for extra detail and a pop of shine.

I created die cut embellishments that match perfectly by adding clear embossing powder to the die cut then heat setting it then adding a layer of Orange Pentart Glass Paint.  Now it's sooo shiny. Last but not least some Chipboard and Layered Stickers and Double Dot Aqua Jewels.

Adding the Foil Transfer to the picture as well as the paper brings the detail to the center of the layout. This poor little tree from our front yard was frozen and sparkly and looked like it was coated in diamonds.

To balance the rich color from the die cuts I added a bit of a border here and there and even punched the polka dot paper and backed it with the orange for a faux stitched effect.

More of the polka dot paper for this set of pages but this time paired with the brick wall pattern.

I'm also using the same package of Foil Transfers but this time choosing flourish shapes and a large sentiment to layer over the picture.  An orange doily die cut and some fussy cut images from the 12 x 12 paper and this layout is complete.

One more picture...this time from our local hiking trail brings the greens to the right side of this layout set. I've balanced it with additional doilies, a fussy cut lock and a couple of elements from the Noteworthy pack.  The Foil Transfer on the polka dot pattern is a subtle but beautiful detail.

Okay things I love about this project....first the paper is so awesome...second Foil Transfers are my new best crafty friend......third Glass Paint sticks to embossing so I'm adding it to everything from now on.

Wishing you all a happy and productive day with lots of time to be creative : ) G

Hello My Bo Bunny Friends,

It's my turn today on the Bo Bunny blog and I have had a lot of fun with the beautiful Kiss the Cook Collection.

I have created two Misc Me double layouts to show off the photos of my big boys' birthday party to tell the story of the day. I have photographed the layouts all together in one shot.

Here is the project:  Eat, Drink and Be Happy

The great part of  Misc Me products is it's quick for the time-poor scrapbooker.
I created these double layouts in just 1 hour!

Step 1. Place your photos in the pockets you want to use

Step 2. Pick your pocket cards making sure you will have space for journaling in a few pockets.

Step 3. Grab your Noteworthy, stickers and even your scraps of paper left over from layouts. I had only pieces of the Quilt paper left and used both sides when I layered the clusters. Then, just stick it all down!

Step 4. Journal, Journal, Journal!  I know my memory is spotty and so journaling assures that when we look back at these memories we will know what was so great about that day.

I hope you love my layouts and cant wait to see what you make with your Misc Me pockets!

Stay Scrappy!

Amy

Marvelous Misc Me! With Winter Wishes

Kathi here to share with you my Misc Me! project.  I have used Winter Wishes to create 2-12 X 12 double layouts. I love the softness of the colors in this new collection and had fun creating these layouts.

I created a custom layered chipboard adding embellishments & a beautiful broach with a crocheted doily using Double Dot Think Pink jewels.

This layout is accented with a large ivory netting bow with a blossom in the center. A snowflake banner is extended across the top of the layout.

Life is Beautiful is decorated with glossy accents and Double Dot Tuxedo jewels.  Glitter Paste was added to the Noteworthy girl on her face and legs.

This layout is accented with Perfect Petals die cuts and Winter Wishes "Icicle" paper.

Misc Me & Mixed Media!

Misc Me by Ulrika Wandler

Hi! Ulrika here today bringing you some Misc Me using Felicity collection and some gorgeous acrylic paint from Pentart!

I have two two-page spreads to show you:

The pictures on these are from our trip to New York and San Diego in the summer of 2015.

I used some doilies, die-cuts, stamps and stickers to decorate the paper pieces. I also used Pentarts white acrylic paint together with stickable stencils.

Here you can see a tiny bit of the white acrylic circles I made. I dipped the edges of an empty toilet paper roll in Pentart white acrylic paint and made this pattern. I also mixed some of the paint with a bit of water and made splashes.

As you can see here I used more of the stickable stencils together with Pentart acrylic paint. I also used Pearlescents.

Kiss the Cook Cookie Box!

Hello and welcome to  BoBunny blog!

Today I want to show you a project to make a gift with your cookies. A beautiful decorated box, to make a precious gift!

Cookies Box By Ombretta Fusco Using BoBunny Kiss The Cook and Glitter Paste

BoBunny has created an amazing collection dedicated to the kitchen, "Kiss the Cook" and I've used these papers to make a round box for my cookies!

I decorated the lid of the box with "brush embroidery", which is a technique for decorating cakes using royal icing. I like to experiment, so I tried to use it as a painting technique.

What do you think about it? Like the result? I used a truly elegant " BoBunny Glitter Paste", that makes it look like a jewel, like a wise hand made creation!

Kiss the Cook Kitchen Decor!

Hello BoBunny Friends, It's Ayumi here and today I would like to share the cute "Kiss the Cook" collection with you. I made the recipe board by decorating the cutting board. I will introduce a simple technique.

KITCHEN DECOR by Ayumi Iwashita

 First, prepare the cutting board.
 I used ones of about 11 × 7 inches.

Next, the glitter paste in two colors and plain ribbon using the stickable stencils and decoration.

Then I painted the ribbon in the emerald glitter paste.

Then I painted the orange citrus glitter paste between the emerald glitter paste.

Then remove the stickable stencils from the ribbon.

Next, I will decorate the cutting board with the patterned paper and stickers and MISC ME!

In the middle of the ribbon I put the Brad, isn't it gorgeous?

Finally, using a magnet, it has been designed to be able to clip the recipe!

Thanks for joining me today. Have a fabulous day!
