Hello BoBunny Friends, it's Elena here today !

One last month is only left to enjoy the summer days. But actually I do everything to make the summer feeling last longer for me. To play with sunny colors and to fill everything with the flowers is my favorite option.

  For my post I created a fun bright mini album using Petal Lane collection. I have never tried to use this colors for my projects - I mean black, white, pink and yellow.  But now, I 've got the Petal Lane collection. It's full of inspiration!

  My mini album has lots of flaps - I like to make my mini more handy to fill them with more pictures!


I played a lot with mandalas and watercolored flowers. These papers are the pure joy to work with.

  I've never though how black color can look clean and a great base for any other colors.

  I also enjoyed making fussy cutting and revealed a new way to add more graphics to you projects - I mean the clear stickers that has a beautiful motif, a sentiment or a quote.

  I also discovered a foiled vellum as an embellishment and a pocket for the cards, tags or small pictures.

It can hold several layers indeed

I mixed the 12x12" papers with 6x6 paper pad, and I like how the size of the patterns differs

To add more sparkling I used  Think Pink Brads - they are various in size and colors

Petal lane and Pentart Antique Paste with Emmy

Hello BoBunny fans!

Emmy here today with a brand new layout to share with you! This week it is all about the Petal Lane collection on BoBunny's blog and Pentart Antique Paste.

And here are some close ups of my project: 

Use Stickable Stencil and Structure Paste to alter your background paper. Once the paste has dried, flick some Glimmer Spray using a painting brush. Add extra pattern using Clear Stamps. I especially love the tiny musical staff and notes.  it employs such a CUTE pattern, without being overdone.

Layer die-cut elements together with chipboard pieces to achieve 3D effect. Decorate them with Double Dot Jewels.

For my title I used a wooden laser cut word. I colored with Pentart Antique Paste in Copper- add a few layers of paste to achieve a perfect coverage, and a really nice subtly shimmery look.

Petal Lane and Pentart Antique Techniques with Amy

Hello Bo Bunny Friends,

Amy here to show you a lovely home décor idea you could do with some of your new Pentart Antique Paints.

To start with I gathered together chipboard flags I want to put on my wall.


Using Pentart Antique Crackle Paint System I painted the background and let dry. Then I sanded the edges to create an even more worn look.

From here I gathered two of the Pentart contour liner paints and created a pattern on the edges. I was inspired by the borders of the Petal Lane collection and frames.

 Once dry I dripped a Pentart Media Ink and let it spread into the cracks and edges.

 Finally I clustered with my Petal Lane embellishments and blooms too and it is ready to place on the wall OR add some photos.

I hope you enjoyed my Petal Lane Flags as much as I loved creating them.

Petal Lane and Pentart Antique Paste with Elena O.

Hello BoBunny friends, it's Elena here today.

I've got to share with you a fun canvas I made using the beautiful Petal Lane collection and many fun Pentart mixed media products.

It's exciting to create your own background with the sprays and acrylic paints.

But, actually the glitter pastes and wax pastes are great products to add the shimmer and shine to your project.

The wax paste works great on porous surfaces, such a canvas especially on textured surfaces It has a smooth color and shade, it's best to apply it with your finger tips. Start with just a little then apply more as needed.  It goes pretty far!

You can also combine 2-3 colors to achieve a more gradient look. And the same can be done with the glitter paste- simply add/mix 2 colors while spreading them on the surface through the Stickable Stencil.

To add more colors I used the acrylic paints, they help you to make it look more even.

I also mounted the paper layers on the card board pieces, to give the canvas somegreat dimension.

Hi! Ulrika here today to show you how to make 1 layout in 3 steps.

This is the first step, a clean and simple layout:

 

Then I added some stamping, some Glimmer Spray and a couple of embellishments.

In my final step I added some chipboard pieces. I peeled off the coat and painted them with black gesso, and after it had dried, I put on some Pentart Antique Paste.

So this is the process, and you can see clearer how I worked more and more on the layout:

Hello everyone and welcome to the  BoBunny Blog today!

Today propose you a Technique Tuesday project.  I had the idea to recycle some common aluminium trays and decorate them with te antique of embossed work to create beautiful shabby chic heart shapped charms.

I got inspired by BoBunny Petal Lane collection that I used to make a little tag.

 First, I created the heart shape of the charms, then I embossed the metal and assembled the heart using a cardboard lining to keep it rounded.

After that, it was the time for painting. I used the beautiful Pentart Acrylic Color, the black underneath and, when dry, two coats of the white.

When all was perfectly dry I distressed the surface using a kitchen sponge/scourer. To give an ancient and precious look, I coated the hearts whit Silver Antique Paste by Pentart. I think it looks like aged pewter and i love the look!
